I think you missed civitech strings in this list, it's far better than arihant abode as it is a 3 side open project for every apartment, and arihant is conjusted only front tower will get proper ventilation
Civitech strings is good ? are you kidding me. just look at the loading of those 1250/1275 sqft 3bhk. The floor plan is a joke. 29% loading on a semi-mivan construction. What are you going to do with a 3 side open apartment when the 3bhk itself is crammed and conjusted.
Coco County is a fantastic project, but it offers no flexibility when it comes to floor plan options. If you're comfortable with the available layout, it could be a great fit for you.
