      Hello Sir,
      We're coming up with a new video this week covering the ACE new launch in Sector 12. However, the prices are not disclosed yet, but it will be around 10-11k per sqft. ACE, as a brand, delivers value-for-money products for their end users. As the market is bullish, A category developers are at 9-10k per sqft right now, whereas ACE is an A+ category developer. I hope they will justify this price.

    Strange you have not included Gaur Saundaryam. Exact on kisan chok. All side open. Great mall view. And upcoming metro station. It has largest park big balconies. And moreover green area in front. No other socity has so much green area and big size flats with so much open. Please let me know if i am missing something

    Fusion project in sector 12 is a good project. you should cover that project also in the list.
    1. Location is good.
    2. Mivan construction.
    3. In front of upcoming metro stations and rapid rail metro station.
    4. bang on 130 meter Road.
    5. front of data centers and KP 5.
    6. SBI bank giving home loan.

      For your kind information, Fusion Brooks project is not approved by SBI but Fusion Revoulet project is approved by SBI. Further, in Fusion Revoulet, 6 flats on every floor, whereas in Spring Elmas just 4 flats. It means in Spring Elmas, low density, every falt is corner flat and every tower has a gap for cross ventilation. Apart from the above, Spring Elmas providing electric charging point in each car parking and also providing Car washing point in Car parking.
