    Socities are good but im a resident of greater noida from last 10 years .. the growth is stagnant.. malls and roads look haunted ..only one local market is there that is jagat farm .. the good restaurants and companies are still far away .. for some little needs you have to rush to Delhi or noida .. though i agree it has a lot of potential but as of now its not a good option even the realtors says because you have greater noida in the address you will not good return on your property.. good toh dur ki baat property rate badhe he nahi bus khreedne jao toh spiked rates hain.. think twice

      I already described to people that Greater Noida is not the place for investment because you will not found any business any job opportunities. The popular of Greater Noida is very low and that's why the property demand, security, market and all other things is much lower than the other part of NCR.

      Thanks, I was also planning for that. But I have similar feelings after visiting Greater Noida, sector are good but don't feel safe. I never feel safe about Noida Extension and Greater Noida being living in Ghaziabad for more than 30years ,, social security is not there .. even Ghaziabad 's region is better Raj Nagar, Govindpuram Sastri Nagar, Rajendra Nagar in terms of social security and connectivity

      I'll suggest *Arihant Arden* rather than these societies. It is adjacent to Valencia. Very good society for residential purpose.
      Niral estate - High density project.
      CRC sublims - Flats size are small but can be considered after Arihant.
      Valencia - Very near to hospital, maintenance is not up to the mark.
      Palm olympia - It lies on the outer side of Gaur city so market ke liye kafi baar Gaur city jana hi padega.

    Godrej Golf Link ko aapne 9th no .par rakha hai par kal ke Zee business mein aayi news to kuch aur hi roop dikha rahi hai Godrej builder ka.
    OC na milne ki wajah se koi future hi nahin hai is society ka
