As a first time end user buyer, when I visited Rahejas n Other Gurgaon Xpressway projects, I was shocked to see prices quotes at 24000/sq feet for plot. At this price I can buy a 5 room 2 story house in a great locality fully built home in United States. I wld highly recommend if you got this much money, Buy Citizenship n Live life like a King!!!
