    NBCC has appointed two channel partner - Anarock & Star Estates for these projects sales. Neither of them have mentioned the prices what you shared. For example, Leisure Park prices they have quoted around 6200. Also, most of them are already sold out, and resale option is not yet fully available in all of them. So, I would like to understand what is your source of pricing information?

    I think you missed a really good project of NBCC i.e. Golf Homes and Kingswood. It’s right behind Galaxy Blue Sapphire mall. Also, the rates you are quoting are no where near the actual ones. All these projects are at least 6000 rs PSF.

      NBCC is not allowing the transfer of apartments, and most inventories in these projects are already sold out. You can contact the Anarock sales team, as they are the exclusive sales and marketing partner for most of their projects.
