This is very inspiring! I use to be a pro mma fighter and hurt my back very badly 3 herniated disk in my l4/5 and s1. I did pt but it only got me to be able to do basic daily task. I couldnt grapple because anytime I had to round my back the pressure was just to much. i have insanely tight hamstrings which i'm sure is a massive component. I was told surgery was my only option at this point since basic pt didn't help so i had a laminectomy in april of this year sadly it didnt help much. I'm starting to work the elephant walks daily for the next 30 days and see where i get with it. i'm hoping i can get to the point where i can train again and possible compete before father time catches up
I have 2 annular tears or L4 - L5 and minimal spondilolisthesis on L5 but I fell a lot of pain since July 2021 , so almost 2 and half years as he says on the video it’s very difficult to live when you need to watch all your movements because a wrong movement can be a big flare up . I hope I also get better as he did , his story gave me hope . Sometimes I think I will always fell this pain .
watch videos about mcgill big 3 and integrate them into your life, also take a look at squat university and brain carolls content they helped me and many others tremendously

Ah man. Very inspiring. I’ve got spondolysthesis and trying to always strengthen for my jiu jitsu. Thanks for this conversation!
Of course! Jiu Jitsu doesn't need to be a limitation, best of luck with your journey man
