Bro the interior is dirty but do clean. I don't get why the older Hondas get minimal love, so glad to see another torsion bar going Kswap - so keen to catch up and keep watching.
@@NotSoFast402 right now about to pull the tired d16 out and figure out mounts. Hasport is $700 and I don’t feel like paying that high so I may try to figure out to custom mounts from a crx
@@BoostedDc4 Yes mounts are expensive. We got them from Cheddas for around $600 I think. Would be great to find a CRX alternative since the chassis is so similar
@@NotSoFast402 I worked with a guy back then who had one of the first Preludes - an '84 I think. Those things had big square bolsters on the sides of the front seats - just huge! You had to be thin to fit in those things (I was back then)!

I'm in I have to see how this project goes.
Dude yes. I love this. Please continue through with this. Got a 88 accord myself, so on other word we share the same transmission lol
We love the 80s Hondas!

Right on! I have a '98 sedan that I manual-swapped. I love the earlier Integras! Never found one near me for sale, but maybe one day.
Never even seen one until this popped up for sale. Keep looking!
Oh man keep posting. i own a 1987 Integra myself and planning to do a K20A swao. urs would be very helpful for me. TIA
Will do. Getting the engine ready currently.
I love first gen integras
Do they even make a K series engine swap kit for these older Integra's? I cannot wait to see how this build goes..
Engine bay should be similar to the 3rd gen civic/ 1st gen crx
Cheddas makes an engine mount kit. Thats the only one I could find.
This 👆
It would probably be easier and nicer to just fix the tsx
I thought the same but I'd love to see how the Integra comes out, that's if they don't let other projects distract them 🧐
It would definitely be easier and nicer, But this will be way cooler.
That's not the point of this at all. Anyone can buy a TSX. We are building something custom. Stay tuned!
