We also have a walk around the lovely little fishing village of Craster.
Entry into the castle is free for both National Trust and English Heritage members.

We like the Northumberland coast and have visit Dunstanburgh many times. Our last visit was while staying in Craster . We had a walk to the Ship Inn at Low Newton along the coast on that occasion on a day that was as bright and sunny as that you enjoyed. We were lucky that there was not too much wind though. You obviously enjoyed the castle as much as we do. Hope you are enjoying a great week.

Love a good castle when not in the hills. Despite the wind it was a great weather day for it. Some awesome views from the castle. You can tell why it built there. It still looks in reasonable shape. Super explore 👍

Hi guys hope you are all well. Loved this the approach to the castle was amazing. It looked a bit windy up on the castle itself worth it for those views though. A fantastic spot to build your castle, the sea looked wonderful. We loved the little boats. Did you try the crab sandwiches? Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Impressive castle as you approach 😊 Not a castle I’ve visited before but looks nice there. Some great coastal views from the castle as well. I bet that coastal path would be great to walk. Great that it is dog friendly there as well. Wow that view at 7:30 is super impressive. Looks a place to add to my list 😊

Weve done a walk that way before but didnt make the castle so must head back that way. Northumberland coast is wonderful and so many greay places to see. Hope you enjoy your adventures up.here. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us ❤

We have walked past it on the beach a few years ago. (Before we were making videos) it looks very impressive.
We drove past it on our Northumberland Adventures it's on our Berwick-upon-Tweed and Scotland/England A1 Border video.
Hopefully next time we visit Northumberland we will get to visit 😊
