- Join us as we visit the National Trusts Penrhyn Castle in North Wales.
Not that far from Anglesey and Conwy its a fabulous place to visit with lovely grounds to walk around.

What an amazing castle that looked from the outside, real fairy-tale castle and very impressive indeed. Good to get there early, especially on a Bank Holiday and nice gardens as well - noisy woodpeckers mind🤣. Shame you could not go into the castle with Boo, as I would have loved a walk around there, it did look amazing. Our grandson would love that train, as he is stream train mad and Mrs Metalman would love the gluten free options as the café, cheers Alan

It was a great place to visit and getting there early was a bonus. It was impressive and very well organised with the buggy up to the castle. We find most National Trust places are good with gluten-free options in their cafes 😊

Wow this is a very splendid castle indeed looks like it should belong at Disney Land! 😂 wood peckers sounding like someone playing table tennis 🏓 beautiful gardens. Wow that’s a giant frog! Morgs is a pro at Welly Wang 👍 shame you couldn’t go in they should offer a doggy day care while the dog parents go inside! Oo watch the bird poo lol! Don’t need a day to be a fool you two crack us up! Go on Jo power up Charles! Cool horse drawn fire engine! The kitchens were cool definitely Downturn vibes! Great video guys! Much love ❤️

Penrhyn is a great property to explore. I am sure though that it would be a lot busier later in the day. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds here with those wonderful gardens tucked away a bit so that those arriving here were fewer than the numbers that can be found besieging the castle. As always enjoyed seeing you explore and try out a new career - as a train driver. Enjoy the weekend.

We loved our visit to Penrhyn Castle and it was great that we got there for it opening as it was so quiet.
The grounds are fabulous too.
The NT does an amazing job looking after these places.

What a fab castle. Loved the gardens. So pretty. Haha I want a go of welly wanging!! The little train and old fire engine were so cool. We were in this area last year. Can't believe we missed out on seeing this castle. Great video

Hi guys, loved this. Good to get there early. The gardens are beautiful. The NT do have some wonderful places. Welly wanging looks fun. Would like to try that. Dave is very competitive. You're right the NT has some amazing places to visit and they are so well run.
I'd been re watching Downton Abbey before we visited and it definitely reminded me of it.
Poor Morgs been working all weekend but me and Boo have had a chilled weekend.
