Been passed Conway numerous times on our way to the hammerfest and hard Rock Hell festivals but we never stopped - looks like we have been missing out. I am a NT member so that would be free for me as well and what a great place to visit, well laid out. Dog friendly cafes and clean toilets, sounds idea for everyone, as long as you do not mind a bit of steepness, cheers Alan

Bodnant Gardens is definitely worth a visit. We throughly enjoyed it. It was Easter Sunday when we visited so quite busy. All the cafes etc were open and all the staff were fab and very knowledgeable. We loved it and so did Boo ♥️
We stayed 3 nights in Conwy (videos coming out soon) it was a lovely place.

Lovely National trust site! Yes a nice relaxing place. Reminds me of Newstead abbey near me. I can walk to it and in the winter it’s free and I usually pop down and just chill out in the garden and I usually sit down next to boatswain (poet lord byron) dog. And just relax. Nice big gardens and the little falls are cool!

Hi guys not one we are aware of but it looked amazing. The blossom 🌸 in the gardens was fantastic. I agree with you some places just make you feel relaxed and happy. Best not let Morgs into the maze 😆 . We are so impressed with this garden the colours and water were just unbelievable. Like you say it looks like one of those gardens that would look spectacular in every season. A big 👍 from us loved it. Boo looked so cute shattered after a hard day exploring. It's a fabulous National Trust property and if you ever get chance to visit we would totally recommended it.
We didn't go in the maze, Morgs still goes on about the one at Scone Palace 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦♀️
It's one of those places you could visit in any season.

One of the best National Trust gardens and as you said it is great in all seasons. We visited in early spring las year and were amazed at the stunning carpets of daffodils (movie earlier on the channel). If you liked the scents of the plants you should try May when the Rhododendrons and Azaleas are in full bloom. Many of the trees are "Champion Trees", the biggest of their type in the UK. Great place to explore (there is more) and a place we try to visit quite often. Glad you enjoyed it so much. Best wishes to you both.
