"We tried to deliver aid" This is so that on the surface, it looks like they aren't the ones pulling the trigger or causing harm and behind the vail , they are actively taking part in the war, with not just weapons, but also with guns on the ground. Her recent speech also brought to the executive branch a new outlook of criticism of Israeli actions and support of Palestinian rights.
