    During motherhood your body has gone through a lot of changes at the physical level. These can range from back pain, neck pain, heel pain to a weak pelvic floor or a poor posture. Add to that the physical stresses of holding the younger kids, driving to kids classes and sitting at a desk job for long hours. All this restricts you from functioning at an optimal level physically and mentally. Even though you love your kids and your job you may not be able to give your 100% to them as these discomforts hold you back from your full potential. This makes you feel guilty as a mum and you feel less productive at your workplace.

    My mother has fibrosis due to chemotherapy due to head and neck cancer. She wears the collar throughout the day when she does her chores and watch stuff on her iPad. Is that ok? She has a drooping neck I noticed and her neck is so stiff.

      If the collar helps her to maintain her neck in a neutral posture then it should be fine. Neck stiffness might be from the fibrosis and also the tightness in the area.
