  • In this tutorial I show you how to add epub ebooks to your Kindle or Kobo e-Reader running KOReader using a cable connected to your computer. I also show how to save books from Calibre that you want to transfer to your e-Reader.
You Kindle needs to be Jailbroken and have KOReader installed. Your Kobo ebook reader needs to have KOReader installed. I have videos on my channel on how to do all that too.

Thanks! Is it possible to add epubs to KoReader from an iPhone or android tablet wirelessly?

Wirelessly is only possible from a calibre server or cloud storage like Dropbox. So theoretically you can add books to Dropbox on a phone and get them in KOReader.

The only drawback I find to this method vs using wifi connection with Calibre is that it loses the Calibre metadata to make more complex searches in Koreader.

Ok I haven’t thought of that. I prefer wireless transfers.
