One edit: the post office uses optical scanners to read the zip code for routing. The scanner assumes the bottom number of the address is the zip code - SO YOU CANNOT WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER BELOW THE ZIP CODE as he shows. The post office made me scratch it out and write it on the skinny side of the box instead.
I got an ACRO for Christmas. Finally getting around to ordering an ACRO cut, Black nitride, front of optic sight cut and iron sights from you guys. I’m hella stoked! Can’t wait to get back to the range! Too bad I’ll only have a Kahr PM9 to carry till my G19 slide gets back.
Finally committed and place my order with you guys today. Looking forward to getting that RMR cut done and finishing my P07. Are the lead time still looking like 6-8 weeks? I'm getting the black nitride finish as well.
Whatever you include with your slide will be reinstalled after the work is done and shipped back. If you include new irons and/or your optic we will also install those free of charge.
I placed an order today for 680, I’m nervous about sending my slide with all my nice parts and gold Simple’s barrel in. Why don’t we strip slide first???
Inside the US, nothing, USPS doesn't ask. All they want to know is if you are shipping hazardous materials. If you are shipping from overseas, then yes, you will need a customs form.
Maybe i’m dumb and shouldn’t have said anything, but if you live in Washington State, you may have trouble with UPS. I sent my slide out two days ago and after giving the ups worker the shipping info, he asked what the description of the contents were. I just said “slide” and he looks at me concerned asking “is this a firearm part?” He still sent out the package but said companies like Jagerwerks “don’t know or respect UPS’s policies” Maybe he’s just drinking Bud Light but just a tip out there…don’t give them too much info and you shouldn’t have any problems
Im interested in adding factory style front serrations on my Lone Wolf slide. Ill be choosing your Cerakote option. Do you install a new channel liner?
If you slide has an existing channel liner we extract it and generally get them out without destroying them. If we do destroy them on extraction we replace them.

Just put my order in this morning gonna head straight to the post office at lunch time at work and get my process going on my CZ P10c
Thanks for the video-my slide seems to have survived the trip to Kalamazoo. Can’t wait to get it back!

Let us know the turnaround time
@@Blaster9mm they received it October 8th, black nitride supposedly takes more time. Will update.
Hell yeah let us know

4-8 weeks with an additional 1-3 for coating. Should be a reasonable turn around though, we've been cruising. Thanks for your order!
Where do I get these boxes?
Do you ship the slide with all the parts such as the firing pin and plunger or should we take those out?

@@jagerwerks awesome, i cant wait to place an order with you guys your slides look awesome
I been trying to send my slide for milling but no shipping services would allow me to ship through them, help any answer
You can't tell them it's gun stuff. Workers don't know the difference between registered guns and a slide which is totally legal to ship.
this is not legal advice. haha
Do you guys do slide and barrel porting?
Will you return the trijicon case?
Of course!

You are absolutely welcome to send in your stripped slide, friend!
What do I tell UPS what I'm shipping in the box to you guy

So do i ship the barrel and guide rod also? Is it suggested?
It's not required but it makes it easier to rough in the zero and keep everything together, but otherwise it's not totally necessary.
Will the slide be returned to my address or does it need to be sent to an FFL?
We don't work with registered parts, so it'll be mailed to your choice of shipping address.
@@jagerwerks Got it, thanks. I’ll be placing an order soon 👍

Tools and materials
In the future... Car parts... Lol but you can tell the USPS person it's none of their business if you choose to...
Does the flat rate I paid for give me the shipping and box? Or do I need to do that on my own?

Shipped my slide today! Looking forward to great results😊
