- Watch as I set a stunning 1.79ct elongated cushion cut diamond into a timeless engagement ring using split prongs. This prong style is not one I typically use, but it adds unique character to this classic design while keeping the diamond securely set. What do you think of the split prong look?

I like the split prongs. They look like they give extra stability to the stone and protect the corner edges, and they are attractive.
I like that it adds a little visual interest to an otherwise plain ring.
The split prongs balance the simplicity of the design. So beautiful
I have a ring with split prongs. It's beautiful! 😊
Love it!!
It adds to the simple design of the setting and it looks nice and very secure. ♥️♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌
I like using split prongs for cushion cuts, especially because of the shape-. I think it protects the corners better!❤😇
I totally agree!
LOVE it.. the stone is the focus, the band is simple. 🤗💗
LOVE EVERYTHING YOU DO. THANKS FOR TALENT
Beautiful. Love cushion cut 😍
It looks stunning ❤️
I think split prongs are beautiful.
I really like this look, it’s fresh and you don’t see it often, I like more unique items.
Simply lovely and elegant. ❤
I would absolutely say yes!
That would be an excellent setting in platinum for any cushion cut stone.
Classic and elegant. Fact: Classy
I have never seen the split prone before. It is gorgeous
I like it. Simple and elegant 😊❤❤❤
Love the split prongs ❤❤
I love split prongs. They're both secure & classic but hnique looking at the same time.
WOW, what a beautiful ring ! 👍🌹👏💍
Love the split prongs!
Unique and beautiful!
I really like the split prongs
Yes please
STUNNING 🎉
I like that. Super pretty.
Gorgeous!
It's gorgeous
I like the split prongs they fit around that rounded corner nicely.❤
I love it ❤....very unique 😍
Yes!
Holy moly what a rock
I love the split prongs!
Pretty ring!
It's beautiful
Gorgeous
I like the prongs. It also looks like they make the stone more secure.
I love how the diamond slides perfectly into the ring ✨
That is beautiful
I love it!!
split prongs on square, cushion, emerald, princess, or any other shape like those is perfect. protects the corners and looks absolutely elegant.
That’s the point, cushion cut has no corners, there for split prongs setting looks ridiculous on it and makes it look like a radiant cut.
Perfect 😊
That stone is beautiful!
Turned into a beautiful ring
- I *LOVE* this ring! I wish it was mine to be honest. Great job 👏🏽 💍.
What a beautiful ring! That diamond is gorgeous. Not sure I’d choose the split prong for myself, but this ring is stunning!
Thank you!
Love it 🥰 🇺🇸
A plus!
I like the split prongs...and I see it's in yellow gold .. which is probably what the customer wanted..
I would have done platinum for the head..
I likey 😮😮😮❤❤❤
Love it
Claw prongs would be gorgeous too, but im biased lol 😅
Absolutely love elongated cushion cut diamonds! It took a few minutes for me to realize that is the shape my husband proposed to me with since my eyes were filled with tears of happiness after he asked me to marry him! Married 15 years this October ❤
Perfect 👍👌❤
I would love to have this ring❤❤❤
💯💯
Does the split prong add extra security? Because that sends like such a smart move to also add a little more light and sparkle in. Love this
Like it. ❤
That's some diamond! Excellent jeweller's skill!
I really like the split prong look. Does it keep the diamond more secure than the regular prong?
About the same level of security, mainly just aesthetics
I like it. Jazz'ez it up a bit.
Split prongs with this stunner are perfection 💍
Stunning stone and i like the split prong with it. Just not a fan of the yellow gold prongs. I'd pair it with a platinum head even if the band is yellow gold.
Mine has split prongs and I love them.
Very nice
Thanks
I like it
Nice
Dumb question, is it my imagination but does it help hold the stone better? I love it!
Love the split prongs!
My favorite is CLAW PRONGS! Would you consider using them???
Whatever you do it's remarkable and so touching you have such a beautiful talent ❤❤❤
I love the split prong..i think of safety for my diamond then beauty..its beautiful..
Pretty! However, I'm drawn to the brilliance of the stone.
It’s beautiful. Would look better in platinum.
That's perfect! Protect the corners of that gorgeous diamond. She's going to be pleased.
I like it. Looks very secure and beautiful ☺️❤️
Huge fan of the split prongs. It’s Extra.
Split Prong mounts are horrible. They cover twice as much of the diamond as does a four point mount.
If I was going to go with a double or split prong style, I would have preferred a double Claw prong instead. Looks a bit more sleek in a claw prong.
Looks beautiful. Do split prongs snag on fabrics though? Will a string get caught in them? I've never worn a ring with that type of prong.
Am I on ur channel looking for ideas for my future marriage to my current gf (even though I'm 16)? No one can prove that.
I like the diamond.... I'm not sure I like how it's split like that...I think I would have to see it in person 😊
I like it. It makes the mounting look elevated. Beautiful diamond.
Split prongs make it more secure and I think it makes it look richer. I don't know why but to me it just feels like it's richer, in sentiment and money. ❤
I love the split prongs. I love that you are reinventing styles that have grown out of date or needed more elegance added. The thought of seeing new styles is so exciting. I hope you patent your ideas before someone else copies or steals them. I absolutely love vintage jewelry, i was once told i was a victorian lady who had many antiques and fine jewelry in a previous life if you believe that kind of thing. But whats amazing is i grew up to picking up old mahogany furniture and other various wood pieces and refinished them which turned into a hobby😊. Actually a labor of love. When the antiques dealer dropped off my New desk he saw my pieces and was amazed. He asked me if i was a professional i said no these are my first pieces. Like that antiques dealer when i see your pieces and ideas that same excitement fills me 👏👍. You have a gift. Please continue to use it and make people happy and darn it dont be afraid to make some money . Alot of jewelers have gotten lazy or uninspired using the same old designs. I love to see if you would ever do any "vintage" looks or even art deco (1920's). I think you could put a new face on engagement rings and other memorable pieces.
I love the split prong look on the square. Ive never even like square cut gems before but that changes everything.
I like split prong long and it usely holds stone better 😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
It’s absolutely gorgeous!! Love it!❤
I like the split prong look on the bigger diamonds it's really pretty and u want to make sure that baby doesn't fall out!😂
Split prongs or bezels for cushion cuts means the stone doesn’t fall out, Cushions have soft shoulders too often. 4 prongs wont do it.
Diamond almost looks like its being pulled apart!
Split prongs are elegant and keep the focus on the lovely stone.
You were right about using the split prongs… not only is it more secure, but I think anything with corners looks better in a split prong setting… my personal dream stone would be a cushion cut or Asher cut stone… and not necessarily a diamond.
It’s beautiful and very beautiful style
It's beautiful. I prefer the gold.
Split prongs look beautiful. ❤
Won’t the split prongs be more prone to catching on fabrics?
That is gorgeous! The split prong will keep it even safer.
Looks great plus the assurance that it will be secured better
Love split prongs!!! Love your work!!!
Oooh, it would be so cool if the prongs looked like lion’s paw claws!
Looks fine. The stone is beautiful and looks huge!
