But Mark IS that today and this is helping to that indomitable spirit to wake back up and live, lead and achieve again.

The way out is exactly like he says, we arent meant for static/stagnant, monotonous, lives, we need progress, we need to constantly be moving forwards, wherever that leads, we needs to keep things moving. Its life changing. Seems like he also found David Goggins, and that is never a bad thing. Absolute game changer.
