I can honestly say that I can relate to this video 1000% because even at work I was put in a situation where someone told me that I`d never be good enough and I would be coming back crawling to them, and I wanted to prove them wrong and I took on a new shift and started from scratch and was struggling through learning the system, learning what certain things I could do to improve and kept grinding at that goal and always was focused on how to become better and more efficient at it, always trying to get rid of my ego and stop complaining and focus at the task at hand, and forced myself throughout the hardships and the extra miles that I went through in order to improve I became from the last guy that was doing this job when I 1st started it, to become the 1st guy and even my boss was like amazed on how much and how this transformation happened...he said that his respect for me grew imensly and even though it took me 6 months I cracked the code on what to do that others had not being doing, and they were working the same job as me for years. This feeling is by far the best feeling to ever achieve!
To anyone having a hard time, I wish you a lot of courage and strength. Remember: you are such an amazing and powerful person, and that can never be taken away from you.Always believe in yourself and you can achieve anything you want in life.

I was 11 y.o. and my little brother was out in the yard feeding the chickens when suddenly I heard a couple heavy thuds and then him screaming. I instantly jumped through the screen in my bedroom window and ran over to grab our full-grown male goat by the horns and slam it to the ground as he was ramming my little brother upside the barn. That's the first time I realized that I was actually a beast in human form.

Action precedes motivation. You need to first observe yourself working towards the goal. This in turn will change your perception of yourself, which will then give you the confidence and the drive to continue. Motivation feeds on action.

I like Mulligan Brothers because they never incorporate ads into their videos. Sure, they might be trying to monetize their content in others ways, but it doesn't feel shoved down my throat. It feels like I have the opportunity to support them if I so choose, so I will. Otherwise, I think they're trying really hard to deliver messages that resonate with people and help them grow. That seems to be the real motivation. Thanks guys!
When one shows disciple, not only does it build character, but it proves to both others and yourself that you are capable of much more than you think. Go after what you want and stop at nothing to achieve it 🔥👑
You will never do anything great in this world without courage, it is the greatest quality of the mind. You must have depth in your heart to swim into all of the colours of life and come alive. The only thing that is real about your own life is each move you are making at this very moment, that’s all there ever is. From the moment you wake, you devote yourself to the perfection of whatever you pursue. The way of the warrior is not about invulnerability, but absolute vulnerability, to life.

Holy !$, am I glad I found this. I'd almost given up. I love finding out that everything I felt and knew for so many years was right. Every time I heard someone say, "It's not the destination; it's the journey," I just thought to myself, WTF? It's always been the destination for me, and the one after that, and the one after that. It's not that I don't enjoy getting there; it's that I need that destination and the points in between to keep me going toward something. Hearing Ollie speak, it's like, every a$$hole who ever doubted me and tried to keep me pushed back out of their own fear can suck it. I don't need to waste my time listening to people who naysay. GTF out of my way. Picking something that's beyond my capability and pushing myself to do it is the only thing that's ever made any sense to me. Thank you, Ollie. I'm listening intently.
Ollie's a legend. Break point changed my life and it made me realise my bipolar disorder is not a disability it's an advantage and an asset. I've not took any medication since the day after i finished the book. Please read it and suck it up...🏴✌🏴
It's the makin it through the uncomfortable feelings that have helped me to grow and become a better person and carry on in ma recovery What an amazing thing man
After i graduated university i realized i don't have any life goals. Nothing. All i want is to actually avoid any uncomfortable situations and live an easy life without having to work hard. And hearing how all these people have all these goals and are actively doing something to achieve them makes me feel like there is something wrong with me. And it makes me feel bad about myself. I used to have big goals and dreams up until high school finals, but then i gave up. I half assed my final exams because i didn't want to work, i actually got accepted into a relatively good university in UK in a major which directly related to one of my goals, but i got scared i won't survive abroad, i won't be able to make money for a living while studying because my family was relatively poor, and i declined. I got into a mediocre local university, in a mediocre major and half assed through the entire time there. At least i had a goal to finish university and not be a complete failure, but after i graduated there was nothing else. Sure, i have a job, i have what to eat, i have a roof above my head (i'm living with my mom), but i feel empty and like my life isn't going anywhere.
There's no shame in graduating, working and having a roof over your head. You're already in the top 10% of people in the world by doing so. Start with a small goal and small steps but don't put yourself down for what you've already achieved.
Thank you for this video. I have spent the past year caught up in politics, Covid, and news. What I have found missing is spending time in making myself better and learning, and honing skills. Great motivation for being better and not bitter. Awesome, very awesome video. I’ve reset my path! Thanks again.
I'm 50. I never had anyone to pick me up. Give me motivation or self confidence. Opposite of that was my life. My dad passed away when I was 5 years old. My stepdad were abusive mentally and physically. I got into the party scene, alcohol and pot. Never amounted to anything. Odd jobs all my life. Now I have no wife or kids. I deal with chronic pain and depression. I live off of disability pay. I live with my parents to help take care of my elderly mom. Only thing keeping me waking up each day is God and me mom. That's it. I have no motivation to do anything anymore. Thanks for the video. I'll watch it again.

Today is the day I am celebrating Mother's Day 2021 while CA is opening from over a year of Covid-19 quarantine initiated by school closures and 100% remote learning for students. Many youth have failed in school throughout the quarantine from late April / early March 2020 through late April 2021. I watched this video hoping it will teach and reinforce values I have shared with my teenager and his friends. I am happy to write that this is a masculine version of fundamental business and religious teachings, that a young man who likes war games and is in aw of the military is likely to enjoy. I highly recommend this video to anyone seeking personal growth. I can personally attest to the value of planned BREATHING and MIND OVER MATTER. These were my focus while delivering my first child at the age of 41 -- natural. The pain was heightened as the baby bore down on my spine throughout his delivery, having turned at the beginning of labor. The heightened pain continued as I knew I had to refrain from pushing while waiting for a room to be set up after the baby crowned (the most painful part of labor and delivery), and later while the doctor spun the baby several revolutions to clear his neck of the umbilical cord and whatever else was kept secret from me. The pain was immense. After, 3 vials of morphine were injected into me, when I learned it does not effect me--feeling every stich the doctor made, and enduring the lingering pain until the hospital could administer an effective medication hours later. It was a quiet, quick delivery otherwise, as I focused on breathing, the health of us, and happy experiences rather than ranting and raving. This experience was the crowning confirmation of my individual power. Coupled with academic and business experiences, I feel as strong as any special forces leader :D. Thank you Mr. Ollerton for producing a video from which I expect my child will benefit. Best regards!
Please continue making content with Ollie Ollerton. His mindset is impressive and inspirational. I feel like I need a daily dose of his mindset. Thank you!

DAMN... 🙄👏 That was excellent Ollie!! I'm a 55 year old average guy that has always believed society as a whole has been manipulated over the years by technology, science, etc and has led to people being so stressed out with basically no time to unwind every day and get the necessary exercise and type of sleep we actually need to stay healthy. This has also led to people unconsciously making things far more difficult and complicated than they really are. The point I'm trying to make is after watching this video I realized that because of everything I've mentioned, people haven't been able to think about themselves and make positive decisions with out over complicating basic ideals. We need to focus on our life problems in a more simple and basic manner in order to make the right, positive decisions for ourselves mentally. Great work and Thank you for helping me understand ME better so I can make better choices in life! 🙏🙏
To achieve success in life you must fail. Problems are not stop signs there guidelines . Robert Schuller . I hope success to everyone in these comments.
Thanks man,I've came to believe and understand that it's not what happens in life that matters it's how we respond to given situation that makes the most difference. I fell down a seven but when I got back up I got back a mother freakin ten n will never allow myself to be pittyfull of myself ever again, the value of pushing on through and facing the things I had fear around head on has been immense for me and properly instilled a sense of self belief and determination in me to be all I can be
Hardest part is to understand and realize you don't have to take control you are the control. What happens is you don't recognize it, are not aware of it(don't see it) and are failing to manage and control what is coming your way. In time it makes you feel it is out of your control, it is not something you can work with, it is even something foreign and outside of you that comes and happens to you. In reality, most of our life happens within us and is completely in our reach to manage and control. Whether we know, learn and are applying/using/being that is what determines how well we can control and manage our lives. It is for a reason they call it enlightenment and enlightened people - means they have clarity and see clearly Life and what's in it. The level of clarity is what makes that difference. It is not something special or magical, it is just the level of clarity with which you "see"/sense/experience/perceive/live Life. Sometimes, you have clarity on parts of Life outside of you and have complete lack of clarity within you, what are you, who are you, why are you... whatever you are lacking clarity of you can gain, or have the potential to attain to improve your perception to that new level of living and experiencing Life and living. The hardest part, if you are reading these words, would be the words you use to define things and your reliance on the meaning you attach and assign to them. Words are not Life and are not the experience and the thins they represent. No matter how much you use them you cannot experience what they convey, therefore if you rely too much on them, instead of using them as guidelines, you can be easily desensitized/"blinded" by them and by their use and interpretation. The gentleman in the video using the analogy of looking your emotions as an observer watching a river are words, and even those words are inaccurate in what they describe, because the words easily can mismatch what you actually experience. You are the bedrock and the hill and the start of the river, you are the platform from which the river arise and runs on - your Body, and can observe the process, being/feeling like standing outside - the Mind, but you are one, you are the entire Universe happening at the same time within you - physical, energetical/emotional and mental. So, you see, the experience is the experience, what changes and is different is the words used to define and describe it. The way you perceive the words and the meaning you attach to them You are CONTROL! No need to take it. What you need is to learn what you are, who you are, what elements you have, how they work and how YOU control and manage them(directly and indirectly)... It is not about life around you, it is about life within you.
The real warriors are those that stand in there power in there belief. in there truth and in there integrity. and the ones that are by your side when you need them. Love will prevail. Never give up. never backdown. Energy goes were energy flows.

Never the end 💪
I’m struggling too bro, it’s hard not knowing your true gift and passion. Mentally rough
Put God first. Be discipline. Then the rest is success Brother.
AMEN! GOD BLESS!
@@LifeisbullishFX You wont find it in your head you must explore. My advice is pick a industy you love, for whatever reason it could be special to you. Something you like reading or looking at.
Next pick a role, even if you need some study do something at the floor level. If it isn't giving you fire inside or feels rewarding then pick another area in the dane industry and go again. You land in a sweet spot and realise your gift then 👍
Way to go Ollie , had the pleasure to work with this man in an office environment , one thing I know the soldier mentality never goes away . Legend !
That’s so awesome... you are a hero also!
If you’re going through rough times, please don’t give up.
Better times are coming ❤️
Except right now I feel like I am drowning. I wish I had the motivation he does because there are lot of days of sitting on the floor leaning against the wall with my head in my hand and tears in my eyes exhausted
Watching this, just now has made me buy his book. I could listen to this man for hours.
Good work, it's strange to think we are all students for life.
Life, is very priceless, precious. Now that I’m in my late 50’s!! Learn young!
Time is the most important thing in our lives now, its who you spend that time with and what you are doing with your time that really matters.

Thankyou
I’ve watched hundreds of motivation videos now and watch at least one a day.
This was absolutely fantastic. By far the best one I’ve watched. Thank you for this 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wow, thank you!
Living with animals really reaches us who we are. I'm happy with my beast, we have a good relationship.

That is Awesome! Good storyline too. 😃
Thank you for sharing! That is great and impressive! Well said friend 👏 👍
Ollie Awesome Motivational Speech. This is the blueprint for success. Society is lucky that you, Ant, Billy, Foxy came out of the shadows to help everyone improve their mindset and become winners in the game of life.
19:28, can go on on on with quote, & Visdom words you get from him, so this is just one of them, a brilliant & sincere human being..!
I’ve this guy multiple times, his names Ollie Ollerton, one of the kindest guys I’ve met.
Huge respect Ollie for being through what you’ve been through, and surviving and making something out of the darkness. I believe we have a mate in common. He speaks very highly of you 👍

Action precedes motivation. You need to first observe yourself working towards the goal. This in turn will change your perception of yourself, which will then give you the confidence and the drive to continue. Motivation feeds on action.
This was brilliant and exactly what I need right now. Think I might have to watch this every day.
Or you could read his book?
"fool for chasing the money" , absolutely correct , believed that all my life .
thank you for your story and experience sir .
The question is what do you buy with that money.... Is it medical care for someone you love or Gucci? I think stop buying shit that destroys our childrens earth
I shared this with my kids...I hope they listen.
Go after what you want and stop at nothing to achieve it 🔥👑
I needed this. I needed this. People sometimes don’t have anyone to tell them this......break point
So true! Short term discomfort is essential for success.
Literally in tears watching this... this resonated with me a lot
" we don't know our true power.." Great quote and absolutely true. I have believed that my whole life. Amazing interview and great wisdom.
Short term discomfort for long term gain , wow that cleared it up so well ♥️
You will never do anything great in this world without courage, it is the greatest quality of the mind.
Thank you Ollie. Super inspirational. Also thanks to Mulligan Brothers for bringing out of us the better version of us every day
In life if your facing any problem, then solve the problem or leave the problem. Do not live with the problem.😊 good morning have a nice day😊😊
Ollie Ollerton was a fantastic soldier. I have read his autobiography!!
Can’t imagine what you have been through, Thankyou for your service. Had a recent give up or take control moment myself. Thanks

Thank you Ollie for sharing your wisdom

I wrote Ollie this long ago and he loved it: "If you look at the past, you stand with your back towards the future".

Please read it and suck it up...🏴✌🏴
"Everyone has the same skills" just some have perfected them
It's the makin it through the uncomfortable feelings that have helped me to grow and become a better person and carry on in ma recovery
What an amazing thing man
That's right! someone once said learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable
Mulligan brothers,,thanks for helping me with this.

Amazing stark truths that must be discovered through, thought, struggle, reflection and action.
At 26 I’m considering becoming a marine. I have to drop at least 50lbs before I can be considered. I’m going to be working.
Watch David Goggins - he did a similar journey. Will change your life if you’ve not heard of it already
Go for it!
Look up Dr Berg Fat Loss. Best of luck!!

Interesting video on Motivational training - much appreciated Ollie
AMAZING VIDEO & MESSAGE! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Incredibly powerful and motivating message here, fantastic share and much appreciated!
Thank you for this video. I have spent the past year caught up in politics, Covid, and news. What I have found missing is spending time in making myself better and learning, and honing skills. Great motivation for being better and not bitter. Awesome, very awesome video. I’ve reset my path! Thanks again.
Best video I have seen in a long time! Absolute gold. Awesome guy
Always loved Ollie, even more now I know more about him
The face of never give up. Salute to you.
Charles you locked yourself up mate as you are able to talk about it to people and that’s brave mate.good on you sir for looking after your mum,you have amounted to something and that’s a good family man who cares for his parent ,that is far more than what most do so do t put yourself down❤️
Let’s all create the vision we see in our minds ! I believe in all of you but even if I didn’t believe in yourself! The power of self believe (faith) can move the mountains in your life ! Keep grinding never give up even when you make it tot he top

Many people have significant power and are encouraged to reclaim it.
Please continue making content with Ollie Ollerton. His mindset is impressive and inspirational. I feel like I need a daily dose of his mindset. Thank you!

Right, now. I’m so lost in life. My partner keeps going then coming back. I don’t see me kid, as much as I like. And now live alone. It’s definitely the lowest point of my life. I hope this can help me survive.
Hang in there buddy it gets better, speaking from experience 🤙🏼

She knows she can do that to you because you love your child.
@@richardjamesclemo6235 Unfortunately this happens a lot....women and men use children as leverage to get what they want or as toilet paper to clean up their mess.
Hey Jack, don't waste time worrying about your partner, it will just drain you. Focus on becoming the best version of yourself and a great dad. Make every moment with your kid memorable so as he/she grows your relationship and bond is strengthened. Good luck my friend.

DAMN... 🙄👏
That was excellent Ollie!!

Thanks man,I've came to believe and understand that it's not what happens in life that matters it's how we respond to given situation that makes the most difference.
I fell down a seven but when I got back up I got back a mother freakin ten n will never allow myself to be pittyfull of myself ever again, the value of pushing on through and facing the things I had fear around head on has been immense for me and properly instilled a sense of self belief and determination in me to be all I can be
Middle of a tough career change needed this video and comment
Fantastic advice and so informative. Thank you- brilliant short term discomfort. I am going to start a contract now - a great idea.
Bravo Ollie and thank you for your testimony. God bless always. Doc
The way you perceive the words and the meaning you attach to them
You are CONTROL!
No need to take it.
What you need is to learn what you are, who you are, what elements you have, how they work and how YOU control and manage them(directly and indirectly)...
It is not about life around you,
it is about life within you.
The real warriors are those that stand in there power in there belief. in there truth and in there integrity. and the ones that are by your side when you need them. Love will prevail. Never give up. never backdown. Energy goes were energy flows.
So many questions for him. awesome content
