To each his own, but simplicity rules to me. Adding electronic components is just adding another weak point if you ask me.
I'll be sticking with the stock mirrors on my 01 Platinum edition

I hate the square mirrors on the 99-03, should have just put 03 mirrors in it and paint them white...
