Hey there! The menu that contains the tools changes dynamically depending on the selected elements. If you accidentally selected an edge with the face, the Offset Face tool will not be given as it cannot be applied on the full selection because of the edge. Hi, the vertices only show up once you are lofting. After the loft is done, it cannot be recalled. It is not a subscriber-only feature, anyone can do this :)
