    Russia is taking steps to prepare its country's defense in case a major conflict occurs. After realizing that its country's fighter jet supply will not be sufficient, Russia has reportedly boosted MiG-35 production. The Mikoyan MiG-35 is a fourth-generation or higher fighter jet equipped with advanced avionics, a fly-by-wire system, and integrated targeting capabilities. Russia's efforts to boost MiG-35 production were reported in an article published by Defense Security Asia entitled "Russia Revs Up MiG-35 Production as Fears of 'Great War' With West Grows" on October 18, 2024.
    The article explains that the MiG-35 Fulcrum Foxtrot will reportedly be produced on a large scale starting next year. The production of the MiG-35 is aimed at meeting the needs of the Russian Air Force.
