After traveling for 21 countries some of them over three times , I found a piece heaven in Puerto Vallarta. Jonathan Anderson from Ryan & Donner real state. Did a fantastic seamstress job. I got the keys 40 days after making an offer. It delayed because seller had health problems and needed a a power of attorney. I bought it in 5 de Diciembre, I don’t have ocean views but very close to the beach. I couldn’t be happier. I love Puerto Vallarta so much ❤️

Just a thought, “Mexico Life, where are they now”?… Be interesting to see if they stayed in their original spot, went elsewhere, or went home 😊.

Why would anyone buy in PV versus renting in the Romantic Zone? Prices are very high now. Buying with the intention to rent, you can pretty much only rent it when you want to be there, in the winter months. As much as I love PV, the beach is only mediocre at best and many sections of the beach are either rocky or dangerous with undertows and riptides. Restaurants have also become very pricy.
