Hi, everyone. I typically spend more time with the car before summoning the review. Had this car for only 3h which is just not enough time. So I feel like I haven’t really praised the engine and Mazda 6-speed automatic enough and I just mentioned the spec. 194 HP is a good amount for this SUV size. But SkyActiv-G is naturally aspirated meaning no turbo. Having that in mind, the engine pulls from the start, there is no turbo lag when you need to start, and Mazda uses all the RPM, up to 7,5K. This is just about right for every petrol head. Cylinder deactivation will allow you to save on gasoline/petrol if you are gentle, but if you want fun it can be thirsty. Mazda's 6-speed automatic is just smart. Unlike DSG which sometimes starts to lose itself in certain situations. For example, when going over a hill, it starts in low gear and once you go over it and start going downhill, it stays in low gear screaming in the second gear until you press the gas padel a bit more, unlike Mazda automatic which just shifts up and uses the momentum as a human driver would do. I mentioned this in my other Mazda reviews, but I haven’t had a Mazda on a test for almost 2 years since there were no new models or facelifts, and having a test car for 3 h, is just not enough time to let all impressions sit in that’s the reason I summon review in my night videos. But this time I didn’t have that luxury. I always thrive to deliver as much possible informative real-world reviews and tests that you deserve, so you can get all the info in one place when you're considering a new car.
Malo kasno pitam, pa se nadam da se sjecas. Moje iskustvo s Mazdama je odlicno, osim kada odes na autoput. Vozio sam Mazdu 3 i CX-3 i na obje se dosta cuje zvuk s ceste. Kao da fali ili je losa zvucna izolacija na dnu auta. Kada sam vozio CX-3, cuo sam kamencice kako lupaju od auto kao da nema nicega izmedu moje noge i ceste. Malo me to razocaralo s obzirom da nisu bas jeftini.
Dobri su ti reviewi ali komentari o odnosima i komunikaciji sa auto kućom nisu nešto što bi trebalo biti u videu jer ako me zanima auto onda gledam video zbog auta a ne zbog autokuće :-)
Oba su odlična dva SUV-a. Preporuka probat ova pa vidjet što više leži. Mazdin automatik je bolji, ali TDI je možda štedljiviji. Kodiaq je prostraniji.

Many people berate the Mazda's brakes because they are sluggish. Is this true? This conclusion may arise from a test drive on many cars, which is why compared to other cars Mazda brakes may seem bad. How bad are these brakes compared to the Peugeot 308? Thanks!
I wouldn’t say the breaks are bad. They are just not aggressive or lets say sensitive from the moment you start pressing the break pedal like VW cars for example.
@@JRCarReviews yes Mazda brake pedal is linear, as it should be. I don't like cars that have ON-OFF type of brakes. When i press 1/4 of the brake pedal i should get 25% of the braking power, not 50% or more.

I think it's a 6 speed auto, not an 8 speed. The new CX60 has 8 speed auto transmission
