It is possible today to earn money by internet (dropshipping, online trading, etc.) and many others ways to gain money in real life by trading or selling in your free time, if you can easly speak to people. Maybe you could try, it mays help you. Pray Allah to have wealth, make duas and spend in zakat (as much as you can, zakat is a very good action). I wish my tips may help you. (Sorry if I made mistakes, English isn't my mother tongue).
I started looking for a husband and actually before even doing it I was making duaa to Allah to bless me with a spouse that is practicing, someone that will love me and respect me. Al hamdoulillah I've met someone that corresponds to what I'm looking for. I have been making istikhara to find out if he's the one or not... My gut is telling me it is, for the first time in my whole life. But Allah knows best.

According to studies, the conclusion is on the contrary. Girl's parents look for wealth, complexion and physical characteristics rather than conduct. And these are the characteristics seeking from a groom especially by the bride's mother. These high expectations and standards are the reasons for the delay of marriages in the contemporary world. Good to hear the hadith but sorry to say this, it seems obsolete in the present in most of the times.
I don't see how that makes the hadith obsolete? It's only said that the Prophet advises people to look for character and piety in spouses as the necessities in a marriage. If people are looking for wealth or other unnecessary qualities for marriage then that's doesn't really make it obsolete. Obviusly the two potential spouses have to like each other before they decide to marry, and in this way physical appearances and personality are important, but this is a different topic abd wasn't the point of your comment so I don't wanna digress.

Exactly this's what happened with me. My parents don't want me to married me off to the person whom I chose. The man is close to the Deen and has a good character. But my parents are showing non-shariya reasons for not working on it. I tried to convince them with the words of our Prophet Muhammad (s.) But unfortunately it back leashed. my parents said no to a good person i liked and was a good man with deen and i really wanted him he asked 5 times because he realy wanted me but my parents said no and now i am hurt for years and he too. i dont want to get married anymore
When I was 23 a very good proposal came for me as everyone desire my mom me my full family were happy except my father, my mom tried to convince my father but he was adamant cause some outsider told him something bad regarding their family.but it was the proposal I prayed for.my father never valued my emotions. After 4 years of that incident my father got me married and after marriage I came to know that this man was character less womaniser and less educated we ended up in separation now I live with my daughter and sister. I don't know whether it was my fate or my late father's ego.i won't forgive my father in my lifetime. He destroyed my life my happiness even my daughters. Ife too.

So true. I remember one of my relative passing negative comments about a particular College ( girls college i was interested to join) . She said it's like this like that, the girls there don't really come to study all are spoilt etc etc...and I did not join it. But one year later that relative got her daughter admitted in the same college. I was so heart broken.😭

Or if you work/study, someone that works/studies with you (you can make a proposal, without dating). Or maybe if you ask the imam of your mosque, he might help you to find a spouse, Inshallah. Women can also look for husband by themselves (of course, with respect and without relationships) with their friends or coworkers. May Allah grant you a husband.
I rejected a proposal from a far far relative. You maybe wondering why... Because I don’t know him!!!! He just spoke to my uncle, my uncle told my dad, my dad spoke to me and I said nope. It’s not that easy! People pretend being the most nice and close person in this world. Start praying in front of you, but don’t know about Salah and Islam at all. Men (also some Women) remember their rights in Islam but forget too much about their fardh to each other. Women need to become old enough, independent enough before marriage. Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh. Have you tried to ask your friends/aunties for a husband? Maybe one of your friends has a brother/young uncle unmarried. Or if you work/study, someone that works/studies with you (you can make a proposal, without dating). Or maybe if you ask the imam of your mosque, he might help you to find a spouse, Inshallah. Women can also look for husband by themselves (of course, with respect and without relationships) with their friends or coworkers. May Allah grant you a husband.

It’s not that easy! People pretend being the most nice and close person in this world. Start praying in front of you, but don’t know about Salah and Islam at all. Men (also some Women) remember their rights in Islam but forget too much about their fardh to each other. Women need to become old enough, independent enough before marriage. And can’t rely to a husband until they have spent 20 yrs. sometimes even this is not enough!
