- Well guys, It's been a few weeks since I uploaded a video. Just a short video here on my taughts about the Tsurinoya Genius. Iv had it 4 mouths now, was it worth the money?

@@mikeoutdoors22 that would be great,I'll give u a life vest😃...I'm lost at casting, still very new to it..big lake fishing is definitely a challenge but the rewards can be great.
@@kieran3237 iv gone out with a few guides on derg had great days and lots of days with not a bite but sure it's always nice to be out. Hopefully my sea legs are still there 😂 it's been a while since iv been on a boat. Normally just the kayak nowadays. I'll give you a shout a week or so before to see if it suits you
I was looking at this reel compared to the Haibo Air Arise. The Genius is half the price as of now. I was hoping I could throw a 1 gram trout magnet without the bearing upgrade. Do you think the bearing upgrade is necessary for ultralight applications?
Well buddy, I only went down to 3g with the original bearings so I'm not sure. Most advice I got was upgrade the bearings. The Roro bearing upgrade was only around 30 euro if I remember right. 1g is no bother to it now. Hope this helps buddy
