i use a 32gb, still have 5gb left over even after adding all the games i want to play, only takes a few seconds to load for me.

There’s a plugin called category I haven’t tried it yet but u can search it I don’t think u will get load time
Categories lite yeah, more people should use it. The higher the storage, the longer it takes. 32 GB SD loads instantly.
I have a 64 as well and mine is very fast actually less than 10 seconds

The load time is not that bad for 128 GB SD card on the PSP That's what I use on mine and I have like less than 4 gigs free and it takes about 10 seconds or so to load it but still after that it's not that bad and I've gotten used to it at this point
For what all the PSP can do and emulate I'll definitely take the 10 second wait
I actually have a dedicated emulation handheld which is the pocket go s30 and it's pretty good but I still use my PSP more often than not cuz I just love the form factor of it so much better and the pocket goes 30 is designed like a super Nintendo controller but I just always end up going back to my PSP The only thing I wish PSP could do a little better with super Nintendo emulation but other than that I'm happy with it :) :)

I just ordered my psp 3000 for collecting purposes and nostalgia. Bought preloaded 128gb mem card with psp and ps1 games cant wait to try it when it arrives.

I think that is to less to store an amount of games from any emulator.

You know what I don't like about the psp, the lack of internet connection to be used, seriously, I used my wifi yet it either says go sign up to playstation network which I assume got shut down or there's nobody playing multiplayer, and the second and last is that game icon is different, you could just choose what to play right, and then there's some square game icon ruining the whole experience of imagining that you has a ps3 yeah i know the vmd or whatever it's called but since I don't have a vmd there's only one problem, other than that the psp is good shit you should buy one, mine has a weird thing not properly closed and since I don't have the right screw size I can't screw it

It will load up your game list about 2 or 3 times as fast as this video - but gameplay will have identical load times no matter the size. Once the game is loaded you're good to go
Please does anyone have this problem? So yesterday I’m loading up my red GoW 2000 and I get to like 45gb left on my 64gb memstick, I go to play svr 07 I click on the memory stick and nothing load it’s just stuck in permanent loading. Would love to find a solution for this problem

From what I've read, some have gotten 1tb to work on the PSP. Probably via the dual micro sd adapter

Actually not true. Only the time to load the initial list of games slows. The PSP will still perform 100% once you choose a game

Hello is this similar to the ps vita mod I hear a lot that let you play all games free and emulate?
This is kinda similar. It's custom firmware, which allows you to add games from PSP, PS1, GBA, etc. Although, the newest mod allows you to install a similar application to the Vita and allows you to directly download PSP and PS1 to the console via wifi connection. I haven't used that newest application because the PSP is very limited to the types of WIFI signals that it can connect to. It doesn't work on my home wifi. I sourced all of these games on my own via PC 🙂

Yes 👍 I have known many to put 512gb in their's 🙂 Some comments here say they've even gone as far as 1gb!
@@EmceeIV All my PSP games + some ps1 games occupy 128gb microsd card on my modded psvita ,i played most then of them including some classic ps1 games ,but i want to put english patched games and i need maybe 20 or 40 gigs more so that's why i want a 256gb microsd on a separate PSP console

@@EmceeIV PSP games on PSP are awesome , using adrenaline on psvita allows you to mapa they joysticks that allows you to play games that require R2 , L2 ,R3,L3.
I have 3 psp consols and 2 vita consoles.
I am using a modded vita 2000 for ps1,PSP, and vita games .
@@nt8538 nice! I have a modded Vita 1000 but the battery life wouldn't cut it for me. So now I use the PSP GO with custom firmware and the Power Armor Mod to extend the battery life. It lasts FOREVER!

@@EmceeIV yup i used to have a 16gb SD Card and it took so long that i just decided to get back at 4gb xd i would like more storage but knowing that the PSP battery last 4-6hs most of the time with low brightness and low vol i prefer faster reading speed so i can enjoy more time playing
