OK ROBLOX WHAT IS THIS???

Honestly, I think Roblox's moderation is ridiculos, some people lose their account or get hacked and nothing happens, the person only recovers the account if the person is famous, now a person managing to not get banned because of a skin like that is a joke!
(An example of this is my old account, I confess that I made the 18+ map without fear of being banned for being too young and not mature, and my account ended up being closed, but I got involved with a guy with skin like that and nothing happens, it's a joke!)
