Rad podcast Sam king is literally the rarest dude in punk rock and smart/cultured AF I really hope he becomes a staple in the podcast. In my opinion Danny should have gotten a longer podcast, the dudes a legend (and had to travel quite far to get mowed over and shadowed 80% of the podcast haha) Sam if you see this keep fkn killing it bro at 43 get dead is lyrically and instrumentally my favorite band of the last decade and the old stuff is epic while new stuff is as good or better! LEGENDS...

They are on there own level! And Sam (Sam king) has some sick interviews on yt as well as a few rad concerts, enjoy

I saw a podcast he was on a while back where he talked about driving for Lyft (imagine ordering a lyft and having a punk legend be your driver) as well as his interest in becoming an author as he felt his past as a musician didn't define who he is. I think it would be interesting hearing him interviewed by Fat Mike.
I was assaulted - this chick from CCDC .. I think she was an actress.. I actually have her discharge paperwork from CCDC. Long story short.. I was checking in to a hospital (6/13/21) .. which was not a hospital.. I digress. She assaulted me from behind in the bathroom. An “officer” arrived- and I had a panic attack for an hour in the bathroom alone. I then asked the “doctor on duty” for information about autism.. he had none.. so I returned home and did not speak for 3-4 months verbally. I was communicating digitally. This was the the first of so many issues over three years.. and the hard times continue to happen. I’ve asked for help.. I’ve stated several times I have disabilities.. I guess it’s good I have autism- bec I thought it would be important to keep the evidence well organized and I even hid all of it for a while I was so scared.

In my opinion (being from a country that uses the metric system, Portugal), but also lived in the US for 6 years, the issue is not "understanding" the metric system. Actually the metric system is super easy to understand. Think it this way: the metric system is based on 1, 10, 100, 1000, etc. Pretty much like saying that 50 cents is $0.50, right? 23 cents is $0.23 and so on. so the metric system is super easy to understand way more than the imperial. 1000 yards is not 1 mile, for example. But 1000 meters = 1km (K stands for "thousands", right? Just like $10k means $10,000). Now the issue I see when people say they don't "understand" the metric system, what they are basically saying is that they don't know the conversion. And that's perfectly normal. Everything unknown is pretty hard to understand. All you have to start doing is associating a certain thing you already know (for example, feet) to a certain thing in the metric system. Look at a wall and think of 3 feet. That's your "thing" in the imperial system. Now you look at that same length and think: this is roughly a meter. Now you have a reference point. So if you have 1.5 feet, you have half a meter, which is 0.5m, which is 50cm, which is 500mm. Pretty easy, right?
