Perfect tutorial! It is quick and specific. This allows me to reference it, so if my party isn't running through a sewer for a few months, I can pull it up quickly and refresh my memory. Key, is that I'm not overwhelmed with too much info at one time! It also helps to see basic commands used in different situations, while watching I kept having ideas about other maps I'm working on.
Great tutorial! Just a quick note, maybe next time you could spend a little more time showing the results at the end of each step. It feels a bit rushed right now. A "tour" of the map at the end of the video would be nice too :)
Sorry about that I was trying to keep the video short as possible. If you want to take a closer look at the map theres a link directly to the source .Dam file in the description.
@@DungeonAlchemist If you want to keep it short, then you could probably cut out the titles in between steps ^^ Right now I can't use DA because of reasons, and maybe I'm not the only one (think of those who are interested in DA and don't have it yet), so the dam file isn't of a great use for me. It's definitely a great resource to have in general, though! Also, just to be clear, I'm just being picky, the video is really nice.
@@Moulk Tell you what. Our weekly .Dam stream is @ 12pm pt roughly 30 mins from now. If you drop by, I'll show the map to you in detail! www.twitch.tv/DungeonAlchemist
Hi, wife bought DA for me today, I clicked on the discord map link assuming it would give me an invite to the discord server but instead just got a blank screen. Do i have to access the discord server from my DA application? I found the tutorial interesting, though would have liked to have seen the end result after each step, some screens cut away too quickly.
First, let me say welcome to the community! Second, that discord link may have expired. Sorry about the confusion. Here is a new link discord.gg/Gqa2EtvTva
Making tutorials like this is a great idea! I’d love to see more!

As someone who has very little time to play with their Dungeon Alchemist, I love these.
Please can we have more tutorials like this? It was super helpful 😍
Alright... i wouldn't have thought about that one :D

Can you guys add a feature to add custom 3d assets to use in our maps? It would be a great feature.
Wonderful
Amazing!
Great Tutorial!
Great
can you change the color of the water?
Yes you can swap the water type between regular, ice, muddy, blood, and lava at this time.
How to make a waterfall?
At this time it's not possible to build a waterfall in Dungeon Alchemist.
Our Water Worlds stretch goal should cover this in the future
