Check for rust under the windscreen in the bottom corners. If you can see visible rust there then it is much worse underneath. The windscreen will have to be removed to carry out the repair
Great list! I would add to check your windshield and it's installation. By 150k the windshield was probably replaced. If incorrectly installed, it can lead to rust under the windshield but also water getting into the dashboard and mixing with the electronics. Learned this lesson from a "reputable" national auto glass company.
VSC failure. While going 70 mph the front left tire pulled me to the left(locked) as the vsc warning light came on. Very scared, took the wheel of my hands.
