University of DECAY - 4k / 60fps

Martin and BaZza set off for the day, armed with camera's, sandwiches and energy drinks...
It was a hot day, beautiful in fact.
A few of the others couldn't make this explore date, so it was up to BaZza and Martin to find something, luckily for us ...............and after a few hours of searching for the illusive 'perfect explore' ..we got a 'heads-up' that this building was abandoned - by another local urbex group, a father and son duo 'Austin and Thomas' (LINK coming soon). - Thanks guys 😎👌
There's not much info about this location other than the original part of the building (left side) is of 16th century era.
The site also used to be part of Colchester University. The buildings had been modernised on the inside, however after the pandem. The ex-university no longer received funding. and closed.
The building 'honked' of grim black mould and that weird earthy sweaty smell that used to haunt our P.E changing rooms during our school years..the floors were a was with broken glass, and floors especially upstairs were 'deadly' !!
