    The little Ryobi is impressive! Seems like it was gonna be the loser at first but then beat all of them under load/in actual use :) I only wish that Ryobi would sell some these 4V USB tools as bare tool or "B" versions. Right now they are pretty much all K (kit) versions which come with the battery and cable, which is nice, but after like two tools you probably won't really feel like you need another battery for each one. If they'd make them ~$15 cheaper w/o the battery, I could see myself buying more.

      Yep its impressive for the size, I agree tool only offerings would be nice or even a combo kit.

      Yeah I really like the Ryobi, its a lot more compact then the Wen. Only thing I don't care for is the quick change chuck, but it comes with the standard normal one swell.

      @@Tools-Tested I have two rotary tools already. I have an old craftsman the bearings sound like “any day they’ll come apart” and the 18v Ryobi cable drive. Hate it! It’s not useful in tight spaces. The new Ryobi looks perfect!

    Tried them all myself my concluson is the Snap on brushless 14.4v straight die grinder is the best dremel. It can be used with small or big collet (comes with both), I had the milwaukee version of the die grinder & the rotary tool and the more powerful die grinder had to have the paddle held on making it useless as a dremel. The snap on also has the pencil grip to be used as a dremel & ofcourse variable speed + the ability to use a magnetic boot on the tool to put it anywhere. Pricey though!

    • @Tools-Tested
      @Tools-Tested  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for the info!, yeah that's the killer with Snap on $$$. I have the old CTS561 screw gun and love that thing, its great for dash and panel work. The Milwaukee is defiantly under powered. I will have to check the snap on out, thanks again!

      Maybe you had an old milwaukee or a broken one. The milwaukee rotary tool blows everything out of the water. Tried em all. Would never pick a dremel over the milwaukee rotary tool.

    I’m a ryobi nut with over 64 tools in the 18v class. I must say I’m confused on this one. I agree 100% on the battery replacement but it seems like the ryobi tested almost bottom in all the test but you chose it???
    Please tell me ryobi didn’t promote this decision.
    On the flip side the wen was impressive for only $28!!

    • @Tools-Tested
      @Tools-Tested  2 года назад +1

      Lol no I buy all the tools I test... It would be a bad idea for them to send me tools lol.
      Yeah it ranked at the bottom but having the removable battery in my book is a big deal, and the ergonomics feel a lot better the Dremel Lite. Also the Dremel feels cheap, defiantly when it comes to the button for adjusting the speed.
      64 is quite the collection!
      Yeah hard to beat Wen seeing its 28 shipped and comes with a case!

    • @nanonunio

      The ryobi tested the lowest because it has lots of torque meaning you can put more force on it when you are cutting that's why it took the Ryobi less time to cut the bolt. I would prefer the ryobi my self if there wasn't other brands I liked😀 plus it has removable batteries to make it up for the less running time

    • @nanonunio
      @nanonunio 2 года назад

      And the WEN tool would probably last you 3 months if you us it constantly.

      @@nanonunio I do have a WEN 110v as well in the machine shop. It’s 3 years old and still running like new, however to be fair, we only use it to sharpen the tungsten on our TIG welders like once in a while for less than a minute.... 😬 so who know maybe full blown use would change the results..

    Ryobi wins in charging. Because not only can it charge from standard USB-C. BUT Ryobi has a 3 battery cell charger that charges the cells faster. And if their 80% faster charger is anything to go on. That means take that out of the 2hour and 20min charging down to 44mins of charging. And that's 3 cell compared to 1 device charge.
    I don't think anyone cares anymore about "Oh well they don't supply a wall adapter." deal anymore. I mean who doesn't have atleast 1 adapter in their house? (Not to mention if you got a Phone. You're pretty golden to have one.) It's kinda like telling companies to supply SOCKS with their shoes.... You know what i mean? Or Undies with pants. Everyone's gonna have one of those to put on. So wall outlets now adays are almost as spanned across things that it's just like buying shoes and pants.

      @KillerRaptorr 3 месяца назад

      @@k1_w3 Look at first 5seconds of the video and look at the Ryobi tool. What's that beside the tool itself? Oh it's a 18650cell with a USB-C on it's head top and a USB A to USB C cord. WHOA it's got it's own charger built into it's cell. Epic.... The 3 cell charger is a optional charger for 'faster' charging. Unless you wanted to speed charge from 2hours to less. Then that is a 'Option' to get. But not 'needed' when the battery itself can charge via USB-C.

    Hey man I'm not picking a fight, hopefully this comes across as constructive criticism. I like that you're filling a gap in hand tool testing. A more original video naming strategy would be refreshing to see. It's plain as day which famous RUclipsr is being emulated here. We all have a great deal of respect for those willing to go out there and put out unbiased info to our fellow tradesman. So thanks for continuing to add to the information pool bud, I'm looking forward to more torque wrench videos.

      This is actually the worst advice you could give him, no offense OP. The reason you should emulate or downright copy other titles of successful videos is simply that; because they ARE viewed a lot. This is how newer/less popular RUclipsrs get discovered by other people.
