Tommy Robinson is the co-founder and former spokesman and leader of the English Defence League (EDL) "street protest" movement, and also founded the European Defence League. For a short time in 2012 Robinson was joint Party Vice Chairman of the British Freedom Party. He led the EDL from 2009 until 8 October 2013, when he was persuaded to quit the organisation and to discuss alternative ways of tackling extremism with the think tank Quilliam.

I agree... he probably could have clarified it or worded it better, but I think the point he was trying to get across was along the lines that anybody (whatever very small group there might be) who was actually offended and wanted to stop Christmas had no real grounds for their complaint or demands. Certainly not any more than non-muslims who might object or want to stop muslim religious observances. It goes both ways, and for those folks to expect their opinions or demands would be heeded would be complete hypocrisy.
Agreed. I imagine there are many who disagree with Christmas and would gladly see it gone, but I totally get Tommy's point. The thing is that the council leaders are likely Muslim, especially in his hometown of Luton. Give them power and see things turned against us in time, it's inevitable that will happen with the endless importing of Muslims to the UK and west.

I'd love him to return without the agenda of Islam, I'd love to see him use his free speech to get to an intelligent audience the persecution under law he has suffered. The next generation of civil servants and policy makers need to know how things are wrong, so they fix them when they can.

Bob Blob the Police specifically barred him from talking about the persecution he had suffered thus far. They made it part of his bail conditions that he was under at the time. He even said in a separate video that his intention was to talk about the persecution he had (is still) suffered/suffering at the hands of the state. Unfortunately, once again they acted to silence him from sharing the things they don't want known by the general public.
Tommy is not the enemy, whether or not your agree with his views. The true enemy is a state that openly abuses it's power to silence a man (who could be any one of us) who speaks out against them. We have seen this many times throughout history and it always leads down the same dystopic path.

Criminal convictions
Robinson's criminal record includes convictions for violence, financial and immigration frauds, drug possession, public order offences, and contempt of court.[27][28][29] He has served at least three separate custodial sentences: in 2005 for assault, in 2012 for using false travel documents, and in 2014 for mortgage fraud.[14][17][5]
In July 2011, at Luton and South Bedfordshire Magistrates' Court, Robinson was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour, for leading a group of Luton Town F.C. supporters into a brawl involving 100 people in Luton on 24 August 2010.[7][8]
Assault
In April 2005, Robinson was convicted of assaulting an off-duty police officer who had intervened to protect Robinson's girlfriend from Robinson.[3][4][5] He was imprisoned for 12 months.[5][3]
In September 2011, at Preston Magistrates' Court, Robinson was convicted of assault for headbutting a man in Blackburn on 2 April 2011.[11][9] In November 2011, he was given a 12-week jail term, suspended for 12 months.[12]
False passport
In October 2012, Robinson was arrested and held on the charge of having entered the United States illegally. Robinson pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court to using someone else's passport to travel to the United States in September 2012, and was sentenced in January 2013 to 10 months' imprisonment.[14][15][164]
Robinson had used a passport in the name of Andrew McMaster to board a Virgin Atlantic flight from Heathrow to New York.[14] He had been banned from entering the US due to a drugs offence. When he arrived at New York's JFK Airport, customs officials who took his fingerprints realised he was not McMaster. He was asked to attend a second interview but left the airport, entering the US illegally. He stayed one night and returned to the UK the following day using his own legitimate passport - which bears the name Paul Harris.[13]
Judge Alistair McCreath told him: "What you did went absolutely to the heart of the immigration controls that the United States are entitled to have. It's not in any sense trivial."[14]
He was released on electronic tag on 22 February 2013.[165]
Fraud
In November 2012, Robinson was charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit fraud by misrepresentation in relation to a mortgage application, along with five other defendants.[166] He pleaded guilty to two charges and in January 2014 was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment.[16][164]
Robinson's fraud amounted to £160,000 over a period of six months. Judge Andrew Bright QC described him as the "instigator, if not the architect" of a series of frauds totalling £640,000. "This was an operation which was fraudulent from the outset and involved a significant amount of forward planning." He described Robinson as a "fixer" who had introduced others to fraudulent mortgage broker Deborah Rothschild. Rothschild had assisted some defendants by providing fake pay slips and income details.[17]
Robinson was attacked by several fellow prisoners in HM Prison Woodhill.[167][168] Following news of the attack, Maajid Nawaz wrote to the Secretary of State for Justice, Chris Grayling, asking for Robinson's situation to be urgently addressed.[168][169] Shortly after this incident, Robinson was moved to HM Prison Winchester. Robinson told Jamie Bartlett, a director of the think tank Demos: "In Woodhill, I experienced Islam the gang. [...] In Winchester, I have experienced Islam the religion." Robinson made friends with several Muslim prisoners, referring to them as "great lads [...] I cannot speak highly enough of the Muslim inmates I'm now living with".[170] In June 2014, Robinson was released on licence. The terms of his early release included having no contact with the EDL until the end of his original sentence in June 2015.[170]

I would like to ask that young man what he knows about Michael Brown but I will tell him exactly about Michael Brown. He was a big powerful young man. He was in a store and physically assaulted the owner and stole what he wanted. A short time after he was walking down the middle of the road when a police vehicle was driving up behind him. The officer got out to question Brown on walking in the middle of the street, nothing else. However, Brown thought he was there because of the assault and the theft but the officer knew absolutely nothing about that. The officer was but half Browns size and Brown fancied his luck at getting away by overpowering the officer, any which way. The officer rightly or wrongly felt extremely threatened and after a serious altercation started the officer rightly or wrongly shot him. That is the story and I would add that due to Browns size, I too would have shot him before allowing him to overpower me and very possibly severely injuring me.
ITs heart-breaking that he can't talk freely and yet "armed forced burn in hell" (or whatever the chant was) is totally fine...

Does Islam teach that a woman is worth less than a man?
Absolutely. The only debatable point is by what degree.
Here are Quran sure verses about women ....
Quran (4:11) - (Inheritance) "The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females" (see also verse 4:176). In Islam, sexism is mathematically established.
Quran (2:282) - (Court testimony) "And call to witness, from among your men, two witnesses. And if two men be not found then a man and two women." Muslim apologists offer creative explanations to explain why Allah felt that a man's testimony in court should be valued twice as highly as a woman's, but studies consistently show that women are actually less likely to tell lies than men, meaning that they make more reliable witnesses.
Quran (2:228) - "and the men are a degree above them [women]"
Quran (5:6) - "And if ye are unclean, purify yourselves. And if ye are sick or on a journey, or one of you cometh from the closet, or ye have had contact with women, and ye find not water, then go to clean, high ground and rub your faces and your hands with some of it" Men are to rub dirt or water on their hands to purify themselves, following casual contact with a woman (such as shaking hands).
Quran (24:31) - Women are to lower their gaze around men, so they do not look them in the eye. (To be fair, men are told to do the same thing in the prior verse).
Quran (2:223) - "Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will..." A man has dominion over his wives' bodies as he does his land. This verse is overtly sexual. There is some dispute as to whether it is referring to the practice of anal intercourse. If this is what Muhammad meant, then it would appear to contradict what he said in Muslim (8:3365).
Quran (4:3) - (Wife-to-husband ratio) "Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four" Inequality by numbers.
Quran (53:27) - "Those who believe not in the Hereafter, name the angels with female names." Angels are sublime beings, and would therefore be male.
Quran (4:24) and Quran (33:50) - A man is permitted to take women as sex slaves outside of marriage. Note that the verse distinguishes wives from captives (those whom they right hand possesses).
Hadith and Sira
Sahih Bukhari (6:301) - "[Muhammad] said, 'Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?' They replied in the affirmative. He said, 'This is the deficiency in her intelligence.'"
Sahih Bukhari (6:301) - continued - "[Muhammad said] 'Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?' The women replied in the affirmative. He said, 'This is the deficiency in her religion.'" Allah has made women deficient in the practice of their religion as well, by giving them menstrual cycles.
Sahih Bukhari (2:28) & Sahih Bukhari (54:464) - Women comprise the majority of Hell's occupants. This is important because the only women in heaven mentioned explicitly by Muhammad are the virgins who serve the sexual desires of men. (A weak Hadith, Kanz al-`ummal, 22:10, even suggests that 99% of women go to Hell).
Sahih Bukhari (62:81) - "The Prophet said: "'The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract).'" In other words, the most important thing a woman brings to marriage is between her legs.
Sahih Bukhari (62:58) - A woman presents herself in marriage to Muhammad, but he does not find her attractive, so he "donates" her on the spot to another man.
Sahih Muslim (4:1039) - "A'isha said [to Muhammad]: 'You have made us equal to the dogs and the asses'" These are the words of Muhammad's favorite wife, complaining of the role assigned to women under Islam.
Abu Dawud (2:704) - "...the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: When one of you prays without a sutrah, a dog, an ass, a pig, a Jew, a Magian, and a woman cut off his prayer, but it will suffice if they pass in front of him at a distance of over a stone's throw."
Abu Dawud (2155) - Women are compared to slaves and camels with regard to the "evil" in them.
Ishaq 734 - "As for Ali, he said, 'Women are plentiful, and you can easily change one for another.'" Ali was raised as a son by Muhammad. He was also the 4th caliph. This comment was made in Muhammad's presence without a word of rebuke from him.
Ishaq 878 - "From the captives of Hunayn, Allah's Messenger gave [his son-in-law] Ali a slave girl called Rayta and he gave [future Caliph] Uthman a slave girl called Zaynab and [future Caliph] Umar a girl to whom Umar gave to his son." - Even in this world, Muhammad treated women like party favors, handing out enslaved women to his cronies for sex.
Ibn Ishaq 693 - "Then the apostle sent Sa-d b. Zayd al-Ansari, brother of Abdu'l-Ashal with some of the captive women of Banu Qurayza to Najd and he sold them for horses and weapons." Muhammad traded captured women for horses.
Al-Tirmidhi 3272 - "When Allah's Messenger was asked which woman was best he replied, 'The one who pleases (her husband) when he looks at her, obeys him when he gives a command, and does not go against his wishes regarding her person or property by doing anything of which he disapproves'." (See also Abu Dawud 1664)
Tabari 8:117 - The fate of more captured farm wives, whom the Muslims distributed amongst themselves as sex slaves: "Dihyah had asked the Messenger for Safiyah when the Prophet chose her for himself... the Apostle traded for Safiyah by giving Dihyah her two cousins. The women of Khaybar were distributed among the Muslims."
Tabari 9:137 - "Allah granted Rayhana of the Qurayza to Muhammad as booty."

John Holborn: Thank you for sharing these verses. I have looked a few times to see if I could find a Quran to read, but it seems I don't understand for the most part and many of the verses are not as clearly defined as these.
You know that you can believe in a book or a prophet but you don't have to necessarily believe every word that is written in such a book as it has obviously been written by several different people. You were not there at the time and cannot say for certain if these were the people that they say they were or if these were imposters. You cannot say for certain that since the very first written words in the Quran, that no one has taken it and adulterated the words or taken them out of context or if someone has even inserted their own words, of which they may have had an "agenda" to get the people to believe. Perhaps Muhammed would have never agreed with some of these verses had he been alive to witness their insertion and possible forgery or fraud.
Since none of us were there at the time, we can't know for sure that what was written in the Bible is true or a forgery either. We know that we have some evil people on this planet who are very fixated on controlling all the people of every country at some point in their quest for total Global Domination.
These same people have adulterated our history books, banned books, destroyed records of our Ancient Past, they are even to this day now wiping Google & other search engines of data, history or records of events that they have decided they don't want people to remember and that the children, who will soon be the adults in charge of our world, will never know of such things or that they even existed.
Given the kind of evil people we must contend with, are you certain that no one has touched such a valuable book as the Quran to gain control over what Muslim men believe?

What is with that particular English dialect that Tommy's speaking in this video, in which the sound of 'th' comes out as 'v'? For example, around the 40 second mark he appears to say the word 'either' as 'eever'. Is that actually an English dialect or some kind of speech impediment? Makes him rather hard to understand.

I don't know where you are from Maya but it's the same as some Americans saying y'all rather than you all. If you heard some of the old time English northern accent you wouldn't have a clue what was being said, to be honest sometimes us northerners don't have a clue what's being said.
