Keep your old welding nozzles handy, you can bash them and shape them to your desire. If you wanted, you could hold it behind the hole at 7:21 and it would allow you to fill in the hole and not stick to the nozzle behind while filling in that gap.

Chadd never said he was going to build $1 million car, he actually said that’s for other people and not him. He said the million dollar cars inspire him. Big difference they’re hot shot.
I’m not sure where you’re getting the idea that those builds are $200k 🤷♂️. JUST the paint on that one car where Chad was talking to the body guy…is $150K.
Most of these builds would be $500K…minimum. That’s US Dollars. Chad has a budget of $25k…’canadian’….which is around USD$18K I believe.
@@howquick I used $200k, cause most of those builders have "sponsors" who provide engines, chassis, wheels, etc. to promote their products at the shows.
@ it just goes to show the trolls know nothing. $200,000 won’t even get you in the door of these million dollar builds !! Peace, brother ✌🏼😎💯
I like your finished products and how you just dont do the work but you take time to learn away what you know so it porofit others
Chad man….the difference between the welding rod and coat hanger is…the welding rod is a known alloy while a coat hanger is unknown. I could be soft or hard and mixed with all sorts of junk.😊😊Steve
Jeeez thats rough bodging around that rusted out windscreen edge 🙈
HIS CAR HE CAN DO AS HE DARN WELL PLEASES
I DONT SEE YOU DOING A VIDEO OF RESTORING OR modifying ANYTHING AT ALL
@robertking7232 - LOL, feel better now?
Thanks for showing the real deal of metal fabrication… nice camera work JO.. Glad FINA GOT HER PARENTS BACK.. I wish I lived near u guys in would love to help chad out and inspire younger guys and gals to keep the cars alive
This is just chop a fill😊
Welcome home. I love that Volvo. 😎👍
Although I personally would have stayed in Florida in the heat ☀🌴
Happy New years to you and yours! I do enjoy your channel. Kevin.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
the 3m belt sander is worth its weight in gold ,hopefully one day you discover it as i have after 40 plus years of welding sheet metal into cars
1000000$ dolar car project is for another level, it's impossible here with one dollar items like volvo top latch, continue in your line
You’re doing a good job. Nice work.
Top shape Mr Chad, 60 it is, keep on pumping !!!
I was hoping your Bugatti replica was to be the $1M show car.
Remember how that was suppose to be done in the spring of 2024?!
@@redson4928 didn’t you learn something by the last couple of videos? There were some of them builders who had 19,000 hours into a car and it wasn’t even close to being as far as the Bugatti is. You don’t rush perfection…. Just saying. ✌🏼😎

Just stating the TRUTH.
I see Bruce is the defender of comments on this page. I can list what I've learned not to do by watching these videos
I believe they are chasing views. If viewer become disinterested and the views fall the project is set aside or sold.
@@BruceWitcpalek-ws1rhamen brother!
Play coat hangers a fine idea but maybe get a piece of ceramic for backing. You're welcome or not stick to the ceramic and you can weld it all in at one time.
Ignore the nay sayers Chad . You've inspired me on my last few builds so do what you like doing . And you even have the guts to sell some of your creations ( at a very reasonable price ) instead of hoarding them . I'm 67 , have restored many vehicles but my welding needs work so going to take a course on welding . thanks and you guys have a blessed New Year !
Merry Christmas everybody
Do what makes you happy! Coat hanger for the win....
Thanks team merry Christmas and a happy new year
you my friend are a great person
Keep your old welding nozzles handy, you can bash them and shape them to your desire. If you wanted, you could hold it behind the hole at 7:21 and it would allow you to fill in the hole and not stick to the nozzle behind while filling in that gap.
My wish .. Y'all do 2 hr shows. I love the content. And always learn something valuable.
Me too I could watch this show all day!!
Dude the coat hangers are the best, 80's and early 90's were awesome, melding the best for surrounding metal
Chad, you are a good guy. You inspire me! I don’t have a garage to build cars like you do, but I appreciate your workmanship and creativity. I am thankful you do your pushups at the end of the show - it inspired me to push myself a bit and do pushups with you, although I am only up to 20 at a time (currently battling cancer but won’t let it win). It puts a smile on my face to know you get enjoyment out of sharing your methods with whoever might watch your program. Thankful for your good attitude. Praying now for you, Jolene, and your family. Keep on keepin’ on brother.
Right on!
I don't know your lifestyle, just want to share that I've cut way back on anything sweet or made with refined sugar. Sugar feeds cancer. Mine is prostate cancer cells that escaped when I had my prostate taken out 2019.
@@spmqqse5621 You can always go elsewhere Are you putting yourself out there?
Chad you and Jolene are the best 👍👍
Thank you both for building cars that we could build and afford to build , show cars are beautiful but I prefer a driver to go play on the streets, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the both of you and hugs for Fina !
I'm not jealous I'm glad we have Americans business out there still building and creating things. It's not the money aspect it's the creating using your mind and hands to make something from raw material s.
He is in Canada
Happy New Year!!!
A magnifier lens works wonder in your welding helmet
I want to thank you both for inspiring me to maybe get into this kind of work. I think you guys are awesome people. I dont and wouldn't knock anyone cause thats not the kind of person i am or want to be. Im not a jealous person either. Im happy for everyone who does well in life. It inspires me to do better and go out try and achieve things. Thank you Chad for being honest brother. I really enjoy the show everyday. If i didn't have a bum shoulder right now id be down with you doing the push ups. Please keep up the great work and great content. You guys are awesome!!!
