"One Less Victim" of Child Trafficking

In celebration of the World Day against Trafficking in Persons 2024, UNODC Regional office in Eastern Africa has launched the 'One Less Victim' campaign to raise awareness about Child Trafficking in Eastern Africa. 60% of trafficked persons in Sub-Saharan Africa are children and they are usually trafficked for forced labour. UNODC through this campaign wants to highlight this crime in the region and encourage a whole od society approach to prevent more children of falling victim to trafficking.
