Towel roll with pillow to sleep better with neck pain

A basic home hack that could help relieve pain and loosen a tight and sore neck. I tried this on my own not wanting to buy a $60 contoured memory foam pillow. It worked so effectively. Slept great that same night and my neck pain totally went away after the 2nd night sleeping this way.

I just sleep with the towel i use to dry my hair around my neck. Changed my life I swear, didn't learn it here, but I just wanted to come and say this works so well and so fast.

Why didn’t I think of this!! I have started to use a towel roll but it gets out of shape and I have to adjust it during the night. I was ready to spend more money but I know this will work, thanks!

I tried using two rubber band or ties over a rollled towel but this could be better if the pillow case is large enough. Thanks.
