    I am seemingly the exception. I was worried about removal, but after 4 attacks in the last year, I was done! I had mine out 2 months back. So far so good. I used to have upset stomachs regularly with pain in my sternum area, along with the urgency to gooooooo that would last for days and days, never feeling settled. I was often worried about taking a 15-minute drive. The last two months I have eaten everything and anything without a sense of urgency to be near a restroom. I had been suffering from that feeling for 35 years. It's almost an unbelievable reversal... hope it lasts. Good luck to all who feel unwell.

    I had my gallbladder removed in 2019. Everything was fine until 2022, then disaster struck: deficiency in fat-soluble vitamins, metabolic issues with weight gain around the abdomen, estrogen dominance, etc. I tried supplementing with bile, but it doesn't help. The bile gives me diarrhea whether I take it with a meal or not. What advice could you give me? Thank you in advance.

    It is my understanding that people who have had their gallbladder removed can still get gallstones. So, if someone with no gallbladder and poor bile flow uses Beet Flow and other protocols to improve their bile flow, should any precautions be taken? Ideally, this person would thin their bile and pass any of these stones that may have formed, but can this cause problems once those flood gates have opened and the bile/sludge/stones begin to 'flow'? In other words...should one be aware that with this mobilization of the bile they may pass some of these stones, which I imagine could cause some level of pain, or are there any other possible complications that one should watch out for? Also, what do you think about some of the 'liver flush' protocols where people try to induce these stones to pass?

    • @allnighterist
      @allnighterist 9 месяцев назад

      How can you still form gallstones when you already got no GB?

    • @Implicate_Order_
      @Implicate_Order_ 9 месяцев назад +2

      @@allnighterist
      There are many things that can cause the bile to thicken up. Bile is formed in the liver. Once it gets too thick it stops flowing the way it should, and this results in gallbladder 'sludge' and eventually gallstones. The gallbladder doesn't produce bile, it acts as a reservoir for it. When a gallbladder is removed, the problem with bile flow still exists, and so I would assume the potential for stone formation still exists until someone takes steps to thin their bile. From what I've heard on this channel, the biliary duct still has the potential to get backed up with gallbladder sludge and perhaps even stones. In fact, when people have their gallbladders removed due to gallstones it is not uncommon for stones to have accumulated to the point where they have also backed up into the biliary duct.
      Anyway, I wasn't exactly clear on the matter, so that's why I asked the question...maybe he'll go into more detail in another video. As to whether new stone 'formation' is still possible after the gallbladder is removed, I would assume so, but I don't know for sure. There have certainly been plenty of cases where the stones had backed up into the biliary duct though, and sometimes people who have their gallbladders removed have to have a follow up surgery because those 'backed up' stones are still causing issues.

    I tried so hard to figure out what exactly i need to supplement with based on my symptoms, and I am stuck. I became carb intolerant after increasing fiber with fruits and vegetables caused severe bloating and constioation. I cannot eat carbs at all. A single bite swells me up like a balloon. I thought maybe sibo. I was forced into carnivore, but without my gall bladder, I always end up with diarrhea on carnivore. Cramping and watery stools once a day or every other day. I went carnivore 9 months, and had diarrhea the whole time. I am taking digestive enzymes before each meal. I am still quite bloated a week into carnivore. I am still struggling to go to the bathroom. So, i still have severe bloating and inconsistent bm's, but on carnivore when I go, it is diarrhea. I started taking ox bile and hour to an hour and a half in between meals a couple days ago. It helped slightly with the diarrhea. But, now I am bloating and uncomfortable again with not going enough. Its so hard to tell what my body needa.

I just have a question, what you describe as "sizzle" is essentialy that bile is supposed to neutralize the chyme from the stomach in order to achieve an optimal PH for pancreatic enzymes to work right ? Is it possible to have strong stomach acid and no gallbladder and still be able to break all the food down correctly even with strong stomach acid?
