What if you did it where only 1 person was participating in each round, but all 3 fill out their answers? If the 1 person participating has answers that overlap with the other 2 then they don't count, and then next round just switch the person who's participating. It incentivizes the person participating to just worry about thinking of obscure ones. I don't like how currently 2 people will think "I can't pick this player because he's too obvious" so they don't take him, and then the person who took the low hanging fruit answer gets rewarded for taking the easy road because the other two didn't.
