A World of Warships Roundup: Coal DDs Part 3: Hayate

There are two types of Hayate players. Sheeple who build it for guns and try to play a slow no-heal gunboat. And those based and torp-pilled individuals who realize torp-spec Hayate puts out the same (sometimes more) torps as a Shimakaze.
Seriously there's really no reason to get this ship if you aren't building it for torps. Does building it for torps means it's worth getting? Not really. It's just less stupidly pointless. You're a Shima torp threat with worse conceal and better guns. Super fun and interesting, to be sure.
