Not keen on cascading center island, it's a waste of space, Can't even use the other end. Not a good design but it is unique, for practicality? No and for safety ? No too. Can easily trip over. A lot of areas are waste of space, can utilise it for storage.

For a massive property seems the tour was rushed. Also i noticed its not as detailed ..you enter a room just shows one side and says its the same except for purple headbord but we did not see it .

The gaping holes and crumbling plaster in the walls suggest that the TVs and mirrors were removed in a great hurry.

This is one of the top three tackiest/ugliest houses I've ever seen. If you buy it, you'd probably spend another 58M tearing everything out and re-doing them.
Low-lights:
1) That dining room ceiling/chandelier atrocity
2) The master bedroom backlit headboard
3) The marble of the pool
4) That crime of a front door
Also, the bedrooms are cramped and that bridge is pointless.
5) No parking garage you have to park outside

There's a TON of lights not working. I would be nervous something's wrong with the electrical side of things with this house.

I like the house especially the swimming pool area with a place where you can build a separate office away from the main house. The "cascading" center table is a creation by someone who is trying to create his own world, lol...totally non-sense for a cooking/food preparation area. Maybe that's the reason why the owner is selling the property, hahaha.

Matigas ang ulo ng cameraman hindi pinasadahan man lang ang koi pond. Sinabihan na sya ng presenter na ipakita ang koi pond pro hindi tlaga ginawa ng cameraman.
Sayang hindi tuloy nakita, kakaiba kasi at maganda at unique na design na nasa main door ang koi pond. Sayang hindi nakita ang magandang spot na yun ng bahay!
