- Hey guys! It has been so long since I've posted. I tried out the TYMO ring straightener on my type 4b/4c hair a few months ago and finally got around to uploading my review. This is NOT SPONSORED.
Definitely a new approach to flat ironing. Hope you enjoy!

Welcome back! Your hair has grown a lot....Gorgeous!
Thanks!! ❤️
I enjoyed seeing the device. I am amazed at your patience and persistence
Hello sis, I've missed you so much
I hope you're healthy and safe
Beautiful hair ❤️🇳🇬
I just got this today. I like that I don’t have to blow dry my hair first (I did the chic natural heartless blowout). I used the mini brush it comes with as the chase method.
Looks like you’re hold it wrong, you’re going under instead of the directions that say go on top of the hair. It got my roots good. And it looks pretty close to what the flat iron does.
Go over the hair not just under.
Thanks! Will give that a try!
@@EfficientlyNaturalyour hair is the only one I've seen that's managed to be thick and heat trained with no damage it's amazing because a lot of women who heat train have see through hair that doesn't display thickness.
I am such a fan!!!! More videos please 🙏🏾
Wow, your hair is absolutely gorgeous! 😮
I don't think I will get that straighter but its good to see you back! I pressed play so fast! Lol 😁
🤗
Glad to see you again💕
Thank you! ❤️
Hey SIS
Welcome back!!!!
Tku.for sharing your hair straightening process :)
Thank you!! And you’re welcome! ❤️
Thank you! 💙 beautiful as always. I love coconut oil for my hair too.
I have the tymo and love it. I pressed my hair for the first time in 10 years after going back natural. I would like to say don't be afraid to get closer to your roots it want burn. I also have that dryer but didn't like it because it snagged my hair.
Yayyyyyyyy I was just wondering where have you been YAHOOOOO
Still have a gorgeous head of hair thanks for the video
You’re so welcome!!! Lol! I know it’s been a while
Yay! A new video! ✨️
I have one of these & my daughter and I (2 different hair types) both use it. It gets closer to the scalp & nape area if you part your hair straighter.
How often do you straighten your hair. It looks beautiful
Welcome back! ❤️
Thank you!
You sped up the best bit!😮 I *want* to see you straightening your hair...
Your hair is beautiful and healthy. We miss you two. Hope all is well ➿➿➿➿➿➿➿🙂.
We have missed you❤️❤️❤️. While you were gone, I got myself a relaxer. I can’t do it anymore. I tried after almost 9 years😞
Omg! Really!!!!? Well you definitely have to do what’s best for you! ❤️How are you liking it?
@@EfficientlyNatural loving it so far. Yeah taking care of my hair became I chore I was dreading each time. I don’t know how I have managed all these years but this is definitely best for me right now.
Very beautiful healthy hair! Have missed you

Gosh where have you disappeared to ???
Missing your videos..
I am here rewatching past videos...
Pleaae put up at least some youtube shorts ☺️
You look good! ❤
Hello Nancy! I’m curious about your detangling process during these styles. I feel like I can never successfully detangle my 4c hair, for any style and it’s so frustrating. I have long hair similar to yours but it seems like you’re able to detangle the hair fully. I hate this process so much and always trying to figure out more efficient ways of managing it!
Hi, I’m not Nancy but what has helped me is to make my detangling goal about removing as much shed hair as I can not about removing tangles, because you will never be able to remove all the tangles lol. Settle for “good enough” when it comes to detangling.
Very true! It’s very difficult to detangle fully and often I have to settle for good enough..otherwise excessive detangling becomes counterproductive to maintaining health and thickness. However, if I’m doing a completely straight style like this I pretty much have to detangle fully…and it takes forever. Using this blow dry brush has been super helpful but I detangle in very small sections. I first detangle in very small sections with a wide tooth comb, and once detangled, I then go over that with the blow dry brush on the lower heat setting to stretch and further detangle. It’s quite a bit of manipulation and definitely not worth it to do it often. The paddle brush attached to the blow dryer helps get it fully detangled. If I do something like the Revair or tension method only without a comb attachment, my hair is definitely not fully detangled..but that’s ok. Just depends on the final look you are trying to achieve.
@@amateurastronomer9752 thank you so much!
@@EfficientlyNatural thanks a million!! That’s good to know and makes me feel more hopeful! It’s just the worst part of this whole thing…
