    Thank you! I was getting so frustrated. Also, when I did this it was like I added a new printer. I had to select it and not my old printer designation of "thermal printer". But now it's working!

    USB port is not shown in Device Manager in the Universal Serial Bus controllers section

    I went through the Utube tutorial, chose the correct port and still getting a message the device is not ready

    How about, there is no USB PRINTING SUPPORT in device manager? but I installed USB printer, and cannot print

      Hello Akea, if USB Printing Support is not listed this means that Windows does not detect that the printer is connected via USB cable. It is still possible to install the drivers with no USB Printing Support listed, but it will not print. Please follow the recommendations in this video to establish a connection between the printer and the computer.
