God damn people are stupid. He doesn’t care he saw the idea on thesis and he know he can make money out of it.
He had a Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Arizona for a while. I met him there and he was a really nice guy. My friends and I would go there once a month and have Single Bypass Burgers, all the fries you could eat, and wash it all down with half liters of Mexican Coca-Cola made with real unbleached cane sugar. We all thought we had been transported back to 1950's-60's America when food still had amazingly good flavor. The best burgers in the country, bar none!! Now I have to drive clear up to Vegas to enjoy a little slice of burger heaven!🙃🌵
This guy is a hero. He's doing what Mc D's, Burger King, and all the others are too ashamed to do, telling you as it is!

I'd try the single bypass burger probably. As for the restaurant itself I say you eat at your own risk! Good video! You've done one in the past and I was like I want another one! You did it yay!
Even the single bypass is 2000 calories, which is literally the amount of calories you should eat in a day. I'd probably eat there too but I'd have to share and I probably would just get fries

That is why he is the most badass when he went to talk show and pulled out a bag of ashes that was a ash from a customer that died in his property. He did it to prove how deadly his food is. Real badass.

It's fun to see someone take an idea and run with it. Whether it's a 'good' idea or not, I actually don't care. I've never been to Las Vegas, except for the airport for a brief stop one time (funny story).
There used to be a similar or probably knock-off restaurant in Taipei where I ate in early 2008 when my mom visited Taiwan. My friend took us there and he didn't show up for nearly a half hour because he had to find a place to park his car. They mass produced 1/3-pound patties and then varied the sauces or other toppings to make their burgers. I had a "Triple Bypass Burger", by name. All of the patties had very neatly-shaped 90-degree edges where they probably pressed them into a form or ring of some kind. Someone had "The Californian" and I can't remember what the other one was. The burgers were fine, but the soup was absolutely awesome! (Might've been split-pea soup.)
In Taiwan we also have toilet-themed restaurants where the "plate" is shaped like a squatter-type toilet. The food is made to look like someone took a dump and then you eat it. "Ahh, Taiwan." (I suspect it's a ripoff of a Japanese thing.)

(Las Vegas story)
In 1995, I visited Taiwan for the first time before moving in 1996. The flight home to CMH (Columbus, Ohio) went from LAX with a stop in Las Vegas. There was a flight attendant and apparently a pilot and co-pilot. Also, I was there and two other passengers. I was in the middle on the left side and the other two were at the very front and back on the right side--as if we wanted to be as far from each other as possible. (Sounds like those psychological tests of how men choose which urinal to use.) It was the last flight of that flight number, as too few people wanted to fly that way. The flight attendant skipped the whole safety demonstration (with a pretty bad attitude) and said "trip me if you need anything". I had the armrests flipped up and made a bed out of my row of seats. The air conditioner was too cold, so I covered up with a newspaper.
If you had eaten Taiwanese food for three weeks, the first thing you would want to do in LAX airport is eat a BigMac, which I did. After Vegas, I farted. I thought it was OK, because nobody was around. No! (Bad timing.) I immediately heard the flight attendant's footsteps and she yelled "Hoooowheeeeee" as she passed by. I was laughing so hard under the newspaper!

McDonald only stopped frying their French fries in beef lard (tallow) in 1990. I hate to say it but, Their fries tasted so much better then.
No one is twisting anyone’s arm making them go to the Heart Attack grill, and they are warned how bad it is. I wouldn’t want to go just for the spanking aspect, ouch! They aren’t pretending.

In my opinion, I believe the heart attack grill should be focused on the food being as good and tasty as possible, not necessarily as unhealthy as possible. Nothing’s to say that the food would be healthy because sometimes food has to be really fatty for it to taste good, but sometimes making food as unhealthy as possible is not necessarily the same as making food as tasty as possible.
The point of the restaurant is being unhealth as possible
@@kingawesome1842 Then it would make sense for the restaurant to have diet soda. The fake doctor said that they don’t have anything diet. However, diet soda will kill someone before regular soda would.

I am just happy that he admits that genetic predisposition can affect weight loss. I was at the gym 5 times a week , trained like a marathon athlete and took diet pills. Well my before and after is nickado avocado. ( recent nicado )
I've heard there are regular menu items as well but they only promote the outrageous portions for obvious reasons.

Will basso accomplished his mission with me when i visited his restaurant in las vegas that was the last time i ate meat and i became a vegetarian and into fitness.
John Basso can pretend he’s being transparent and cares about his customers, but he doesn’t really care about them because if he did he wouldn’t be serving the most unhealthiest food and letting people over a certain weight eat free. It’s all about the money for him, the more customers he gets the more money he makes.
I think his main goal is to kill his customers because, he’s literally saying his food can kill you, but people don’t listen so he’s innocent in my book
