When it comes to Progressive overload, should we aim for overloading in each exercise that we are performing on that day or overloading in one or two exercises is good enough. . It is a fact that we need to push harder than last time . But is it valid for every exercise . Let's take an example. On Wednesday and Saturday I train my back and biceps . On Wednesday i performed Latpulldown as my first exercise and overloaded it since last time and then performed bent over barbell row. On Saturday I performed Barbell row first and improved in it but in Latpulldown I was performing similar or maybe underperforming. Maybe due to fatigue. I know Progressive overload does not happens in one week or two it's a longer game to be played... But please guide me in my journey towards better progression. Thanks bhaiya 👍
