I'm also staying in village. I do heavy body weight exercise I brought big thik long rod that became barbell bar and I have pull up bar. We can do enough in home dude push up dips squats etc. All we should be thinking is healthy body is far more better then any other

Before watching your video i would say that my uncle was a bodybuilder in 90s..he used to train 3 muscles in a day,and all muscles twice a week..he has god gifted genentics..he was a beast and still a beast..even at 60 age he is much much stronger than an average human..he never had protein powders..all he had is good food..he never changed his workout for 20 years..it took him 7-8 years to become a bodybuilder naturally..without any special diet and protein supplements..

Hi Jeet bhai. I am from Gujarat,India. I can't afford high gym fees. First I used to skip my leg days but after understanding it's importance I have stopped it and legs day have become my favourite. The gym I visit don't have any machines for legs. Still I do 5-6 exercises for legs with barbell and dumbbell. Please make a video on exercises for hamstrings with the help of dumbbell or barbell. I know 1-2 exercises.
I do Monday- Chest, Biceps Tuesday - Back, Triceps Wednesday- Legs, Shoulders Thursday - Biceps, Chest Friday- Back , Triceps Saturday- Legs , Shoulders Also at the end of workout cardio for about 30 mins is compulsory.

What's the right warm up technique, like warm up the specific joints that will be trained on that day? I mean on the day, when to squat, one should warm up using less than 50% of the weight you will squat with; same goes for the chest or back. Hence walking/ jogging for 10 to 20 minutes on the treadmill before weight training is a waste of energy even if ur doing legs and not upper body. Hence warm up allows the blood flow to move through the specific muscle groups and warm up the specific joints that will be trained. Please correct me and guide me. Thanks dear.
