A month ago I was diagnosed with IBS so since then I'm on an specific diet, I can't exercise until the inflammation decreases. I literally almost die with the attack, so now I'm trying to meditate, I reallly need to go back to exercise and trying to be more positive. So, thank you for the tips! I need to improve my sleeping and water consumption.

Hey, sam.. I like your positivity, as an oriental I still doesn't have enthusiasm for exercise..I walk for 10minutes and warm up stretches.i like meditation and stay calm.
Stay healthy and safe. I have psoriasis and gut problems too. You are right. Sunlight/ Vitamin D is good for you especially for psoriasis. I haven't gone to the gym for a long time (I think many of us too) so using my bike at home to do cardio instead. At least 15mins a day. I am a science teacher... and when students ask for help that makes me happy. Recently been stressed and I think we are all stressed... yeah listening to music makes me feel better. Stay healthy and safe.
I think you are a good life coach and your videos are inspirational and come from the heart. You are a good ambassador for our LBGT community. I have only recently subscribed and started watching your videos and i would say you are now on my list of healthy tips :) I also wanted to share with you, a healthy tip, since you asked .. haha! At the end of each day / most days, I practice forgiveness and letting go. Each day I let go and forgive myself and others for ways in which I knowingly / unknowingly caused pain to myself or others; often as part of daily meditation. I also started practicing self-compassion, kindness without judgment. I feel these have been helpful to my emotional health and fitness and maybe this could help you / others as well. Especially to help heal my sometimes harsh inner critic. Aloha to you and thanks again for sharing your light!
I agree with everything you are saying life is so short and we don't have time for dark and toxic people/things in our lives. Finding small positive things each day definitely helps too. Good for you finding things that help and make you happy and healthy!

I’ve recently gone hiking and get some photography in, working out outside (getting some Vitamin D & fresh air) and not forgetting about my love for rollercoasters, since I work with them closely. It never hurts to take a breath and take time to focus on what is important in your life and what makes you happy. What you want to achieve. Who you want to be. Who you want to inspire. I just lost my best friend last week due to his drug addiction. I'm black and he's Italian, but we were brothers. He was smart, creative, with model looks, but nothing could save him. I dreaded It 2 to go to the gym gets me more motivated than at home I got to do something I don't think I'm going to go to a gym for a while I like steam room for a couple minutes but I like the hot sauna but it gets crowded so it's probably closed. And that sucks that's the best part of after and before swimming in the summer I do it before swimming. There's other things I could be doing at home thank you

Arite Sam, lad! A lot of people try to hide vulnerabilities due to a fear of being judged: you're instantly likeable by many and people will relate to you. You use your intelligence to manage depression. It's not always easy to do as your logical mind won't "kick in" at the time, speaking from experience. You have a lot going for you and you put a lot of effort into your videos and always cheers me up. I'm surprised you have psoriasis as you appear to have perfect skin: so perfect, I thought you pressed a button to filter your skin in real time thanks to technology! I then wondered if it was good lighting: that's how good I thought your skin was: unreal but very good! I'm not expecting a reply as I accept I'm unimportant. Best wishes!
I too struggle with depression, arthritis and I think even fibromyalgia, so when somebody starts out by saying they often have a difficult time getting started in the morning...but exercise of any kind is their lift, I feel that the following advice is probably VERY worth my time to listen to. BTW, the hair makes you look mature, but NOT old, compared to your appearance in other videos.

You know there are people who just seem too attractive? Sam is one of those. And as a fugly person, the fear of even talking to guys like him would paralyze me. Him talking about some flaws of his even just a little, somehow humanizes him and makes him seem more approachable. You go Sam.
I'm not trying to degrade you or say that everything you said was false because I've been a big fan for a while now. However, I do plan to become a dermatologist in the future and I've found that water is not like the holy serum that can solve every single problem with your skin. Water can be very beneficial to those who drink nowhere near the recommended amount of water each day. Water will definitely make a difference to those people, and there's no doubting that. But, the vast majority of us drink enough water each day, and studies have shown that when comparing people who drank a normal amount of water to people drank a lot of water, there wasn't that many differentiations in results between the two. Also everyone, please do wear a SUNSCREEN!!! Most of us don't even put anywhere near enough amounts of sunscreen on our face to suffer from vitamin D deficiency, and if you really are worried, go take some supplements. I wonder how many people will actually read this.
