You always say don't use the phone in the morning but yet I use my phone coz I watch one of your videos, first thing in the morning to get me going :) You've been such a big inspiration to me, I suffer from a severe mental illness and I was absolutely shattered 2-3 years ago, was at home, no job, had to quit uni for a year and had nothing to do. Watching you made me productive despite my situation and I'm doing well right now! Thanks a lot Ruby, you are improving a lot of lives by just being yourself :)
What i really like about your schedule is that you make time for things that keep your mind fresh and stable- like walking and gymnastics and taking your time with eating.
(For anyone reading this that woke up late today💕): I find that when I wake up late, it's really important for me to add the first thing on my to-do list "forgive yourself for waking up late" because personally it really gets my mood down and my productivity feels off for the rest of the day. But it's important to remind myself that sometimes my body needs more rest and not every day can be ideal or perfect! ✨
sometimes I second-handedly feel bad for the pressure u put on yourself in the mornings and to wake up early but I guess that's just what you're used to 😅 but also every video of yours brings such a state of calm.

i think the reason she doesn’t take breaks is because working and studying and being productive IS her way of fun, she enjoys it a lot. i’m the same way, whenever i’m sitting around doing nothing i feel crummy and bored.
i think that she does do things for pleasure, her lesiure activities just might look a bit different to ours. Like when she does the readathon days and stuff, i think she genuinely finds reading all day relaxing (i like reading too but i couldnt do it all day lol). I think she enjoys studying as well, but somce her channel is a study channel, if she ever were to take days off completely, i doubt she'd film it (as she would then be doing something productive (youtube)). I hope she takes days off though, its better for mental health.

Hi Ruby! Lovely study with me/vlog as usual! Just had a tip for using two different windows at the same time on Mac, you can actually split the screen and use both at the same time by pressing the green ‘full screen’ until you see the option to put that window on the left/right of the screen and then it gives you the option to put one of the other windows you have open on the other side. You can also adjust how must space on the screen to give each side and so it essentially saves you from having to click on or adjusting the size of the windows your using when theyre all on the same screen if that makes sense? I always use this feature when I’m watching lectures or reading so I can take notes without moving back and forth. Hope this helps!!

A tip from a gymnastics coach: to make front walkovers a lot easier is to open your hips when you're coming up from your bridge
I’d add to also straight your knees and point your toes, that way your muscles are engaged and you prevent injuries too
