This is a fantastic watch! I couldn't find this one available with the white dial on the metal bracelet. However, I just got it on the black rubber. Really pops and a great watch. That said, I'd also like to add the metal bracelet for more versatility where I can switch them out at different times of the year.
This is a beautiful technically superior watch to most other divers in its class , I love the ageless ceramic dial I love the anti magnetic 🧲 movement, I love the see through case back I love the fine adjustment on the bracelet, really lovely 😊 package
I have the original seamaster in black with the wave dial and a Rolex Explorer 2 polar. Both very similar to that so got the best of both worlds. Although it is still very tempting 🙈
I'm surprised you've had difficulties getting the white dial even in 2019. I just got it and I had to do a lot of searching. I guess this is Omega's Hulk
The lugs are longer than the pervious version, not shorter. 49mm new vs 47.5mm old. The shorter part is the end links. New one get the pivot end links that doesn’t protrude longer than the lugs.
I really like this white one but not sure if i want to sell my black one... only because that dial finish look more like highly saturated toothpaste with matt plastickuly finish. Its lacking that gloss and shine for some reason...
I don't like the new Seamaster 300M, but this one looks good. However, if I wanted an Omega right now, I prefer a preowned Planet Ocean. The POs are in a different league. Beautiful watches.
Good review, you forgot about the commander's edition that had a white dial, but it was a limited edition so a lot of people forget about it. :p but well done!
Sorry I take strong exception to your statement that it wears like a 40mm. It doesn't it it did I would own it instead of the 41mm I bought and I'm wearing when I tried them both on at the AD. No most that have tried this watch on have said it wears like a 42 a big 42. Don't get me wrong it's a beauty but it isn't a 40 and doesn't wear like one.
See this is my question about this watch. I love that white dial but I think it may be a bit too big for my wrist. The largest watch I own right now is a Seiko Monster. Only way to find out is to go to an AD but we don't have any in my state, hopefully I can check one out on vacation next month

Robert Spinks they have released a Bond one made of titanium, domed crystal with a mesh bracelet. The HE valve is a hallmark of the sea master diver..it’s bonds gadget button too 😆no idea of the price though
I love the dial but Im not sure what to think about the bezel colour. Being black the bezel appears quite bold and has a too strong contrast to the white of the dial. I know that the Daytona has the same contrast, but I guess as there are black elements around the subdials it looks a bit more balanced
tried wearing white SMP on suit and saw it on someone else. white one looks more dressier than the black for some reason. you would think it is on the sporty side becuase of the color that pops but it's not. i think maybe the perception of white dial with formal attire hmmm not sure but .....hmmmmmm i think maybe that's becacuse this white one looks much more plain and gimmicky compare to that of black and blue. i want to like this white one but for some reason that bezel seems like it's attached on from other watch
If omega would improve the bezel action on this watch it would really be able to compete with the almighty Submariner. Its a beautiful watch but that bezel still feels “cheap” when compared to the Rolex. So close Omega so close.
Nice watch but not for me. I would never buy it. The movement is great but i don't like the bracelet and de helium escape cap. The bezel action is not that great and the grip on the bezel is also not great.
I have one. The new SMP. In reality, you almost never touch the helium escape crown. It's there, but just for show. I like it, because it's a signature of the SMP. 😁

Holy WOW! Never knew this one existed in the current lineup. Definitely the pick of all the dial/bezel colour variations, to me anyway.
Gorgeous. Super sporty . Great look in summer. Great look in winter. Its just almost a perfect sports piece. Quality as good as it gets.

I just wished it had a white bezel, so it would all be white with touches of black.
The watch is nice but the standard “chicklets” bracelet blows. Put on a nice sports strap.....
The lock up is not perfect. It has too much play. It should not wiggle whatsoever. You even had to back track it to align it at the 12 O'clock.
Same thing happens with my Sub

I own an Omega Seamaster but I’m incredibly jealous of anybody who owns a Rolex because it is so clearly superior to my cheaper Omega..
