I love the intro of the vids. Paddling out sets the scene so well. 💯 I got the same kayak as you hoping to get out into so good fishing

awesome video dude. hope to experience more of the slow jigging on the kayak around the deep zone. great catch at the start and that sea horse encounter. don't see that every day. but a shame on the braid loss not fun getting snagged on the kayak

Yeah it was a decent mission, you don’t really see the paddle time put in . Probably 4- 5 hours total across the day maybe more. Doesn’t leave a heap of fishing time! To fish the deep stuff its gotta be done 😅

Hi Skwidy, Mate that weather looks brilliant. Glassy, wish we could get some of the weather for kayak fishing in Sydney. Love that braid ... so hard to break it on Kayak. Just love seeing Waimarrama from your Yak.

The black magic braid i use is so strong i can’t break it by hand even the lighter class stuff! Bodes well for hooking a monster 🤘The weather i have dialled in for the most part, the windy app does a pretty good job. Spectacular when its glass 👍👍

@@SkwidyFishing Been a bit windy for last 9 months in Sydney. With an Inflatable it makes things challenging. BTW started a YT Fishing Channel now to. Keep the waimarrama vids coming. cheers steve

Wow, a sea horse, I feel like that would be a pretty rare sighting even if you were diving and looking for them. Wild.

The speed of the reel doesn’t matter so much. Single speed will cover you for 99% of situations!
