Jaymie, a coffee consultant and coach for the 2023 US Barista Champion Frank La, shares with us how easy making good coffee is with the Next Level Pulsar brewer. With her recipe, you get a lovely aromatic and sweet, clean cup of coffee.

Ratio: 1:16
25g of medium-coarse grind coffee
400g of total brew water
Temp: boiling water
Brew time of 3:00-4:00
Bloom to 60g with the valve open
Once the bloom starts to drip into the carafe, close the valve, swirl and let it sit for 45 seconds
Pour water in 3-5 steps, keeping the water level a cm above the bed
Gentle jostle after each pour to flatten the bed
