    Thanks for that. Couple of quick questions: 1.) You mentioned a potential of 20-50 gram doses of coffee. So I can shoot for larger amounts of brew, like into a carafe, simply by pouring in more water in pulses? 2.) It looks like the only time you kept the valve in the closed position is for the bloom. Is that correct? Have you ever poured in the water, let it steep, and then opened the valve, ala the Clever Dripper? Thanks for the content.

    That's actually pretty interesting. Looks like the diffuser at the top emulates even pour over technique for an even extraction from what I can see?

    I've been using the Next Level for months now and I usually stir or swirl during bloom or last pour. Curious why you don't in your recipes?

    It's amazing how people can take something as simple as coffee and turn it into something you need a degree and thousands of dollars of equipment to achieve the same thing you get out of a 20 dollar coffee maker.

    omg, I detest these coffee videos where I need a double major in calculus and a ph.d in histrionic symplex.......where's my trusty mr. coffee machine.
